Haha that's funny, I ran out of a creeper van for a year...I got a dually box truck with a 8'-16' box and a 13' ramp, Just setting it up. Thx for all the tips form here in the artic circle.

It's truck and trailer 100% for me. I have 6 trailers of various sizes, 3 bumper pull utility trailers (10' 14' and 16'), 2 tool trailers (10' and 14') and a 24' gooseneck trailer for really big loads of materials or the occasional vehicle I move. Next on the list is a dump trailer, but for now I borrow one off my buddy when I need it. The truck/trailer setup is the most versatile and efficient for me

BTW I have 3 dump trailers. Can't believe I went so long without one. I also have a van though

As a general contractor I have a 10x5 single axel flat, 16x7 enclosed, and a 16x7 dump. In a given week I use all 3 a couple times at least. The dump is my demo/scrap trailer, you can charge half the price of a bin and still be profitable on it in a year

Transit custom van for me. The UK streets are too tight and overcrowded to be towing a huge trailer around, but as you say a van is perfect for negotiating all the awkward houses that you need to get to. Must be great to have a large fully loaded trailer though, great set up you have there 👍

In the south you will need it trust me especially in Florida last time I drove on to what I thought was dry grass and my truck sunk like a foot 😂

Vans are awesome until you have to work out of it at all with any amount of material or trash in it. Any lol. Thats why my new setup is going to be a large trailer with an empty truck bed for hauling material and trash. My current setup is a small trailer and big boxes on the truck. I underestimated how much I would miss my open bed

I would love a T350 High roof dually transit for the business. Might be one of my next big purchases for the business.

Gmc safari here. Not sure what I will do in the future truck/trailer or van . Working but in the city and suburbs makes the decision hard
