Man great stuff so far! Really really solid information all the way through. Best step by step on how to start a service business that I have ever seen. Love the production quality as well!! We have always purchased our service vehicles (on the lower budget side) because of budget issues. However, I’m personally ready to buy or lease something new or newer to avoid working on vehicles ourselves and downtime. Looking forward to finishing the series and implementing your map to a million. Thanks!!!

What about showing numbers? Cost comparison? Pros and cons? No useful information.

Never gave any useful information on the pros and cons of leasing vs buying. One sentence in the beginning was about it.

I know where I worked before they were big on buying vehicles and leasing/renting equipment. Love the content. Can not wait for more videos.

We bought a salvaged title ford e150 and it’s lasted us 14 years.

  • @strategyproductionseventpr909

You never went over buying vs leasing. Thanks for the waste of time

Awesome info! How to you load the heavy grinders into the vans? We run a propane grinder (700 lbs). Love the idea of a van VS. a truck and trailer set up

  • @cleanclearhomeservices9065

I own. Never leased. I need to make a load plan though.

TO MUCH BACKGROUND MUSIC, COULDNT HEAR WHAT YOU WERE SAYING AND YOU DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY INFO ON LEASING OR BUYING.

  • @windowcleaningsolutionsllc8054

Its the mileage that kills leasing for me.. our service area is 60 miles long! ... would cost a lot more money then just buying a decent used vehicle.

You can buy out the lease at the end of the term and not worry about miles and keep all rights to the vehicle and show a paid auto loan on the credit of the business financing the rest at the end of the term. In addition to that leasing shows less of a balance on a credit report for business’ wanting to keep low debt to income for balance sheets. It’s such a benefit, think about it this way; they don’t let companies with bad credit lease vehicles. That should say something

This video just shows you acquiring a van. It didn't describe anything that the title suggested.

Love it! Thanks for sharing. Do you buy all up front cash? Or do you opt for loan payments?

@@ConquerPlatform have tried to do cash up front when ever possible. looking at financing some grinding equipment for the coatings expansion to leave more cash to help get started and advertising for the first time. 15,000 to 18,000 would kill all the extra money that has been saved to get this started.

Why not buy it, then lease it to your company?
