Yes I Agree, It Closed Twise for people Hurting actors (They got Escorted Out the Park) and The Big top Closed for a Bit for Someone Fainting! But It was Probably because that was my First time and you went for Years!

The Reason I think Big Top had different reviews is because they changed the maze sooooo much, for example I went on preview night and thought it was really good then I can back in half term and the whole thing has changed with the mirror maze and the second part where you walk to the tent, then I went again the next day and again it has changed and I didn't like it as much and my friend told me it has changed yet again when she went on Saturday!!!! Anyway hope you had fun 😀

Rush and Vortex called, they wanted to know if you rode them.
Anyways, on Slammer, if you have a rough and uncomfortable ride, try not having the shoulder bars push down on you so tight. If you just don't pull them down so far, I've heard it's a much more comfortable experience.

I did alton towers for the last night of scarefest last night, I had a good laugh in the mazes especially sub species; I thought they were going to be frightening from your reviews but I was just really entertained not scared at all.
We had a bit of a bad start to the day because they had two technical faults in terror of the towers and sub species in an hour so we were really delayed, we got evacuated from terror which ruined it a bit and then we had to wait 20 minutes to go back through, our day was fine after that fiasco but I was a bit surprised that they were still having technical issues at the end of the event.
Overall I had fun but I do wish their operations were better as it's not like they hadn't done the event before.

Thing is with mazes at Thorpe park every time you go in the expirance is different due to the throughput / amount of actors but I found the big top the most surprising , best thing to do is not read to much into reviews and give it a try your self but all in all great vlog and hope you had a happy Halloween

i think that they should defiantly make it more scarier and make a purge maze where they separate you and take you away, because i didn't really find fright nights that scary last year :(
went into platform no. 15 blind... bearing in mind i am THE BIGGEST baby when it comes to scares. The scary bit for me is that you could see them coming and you knew you were about to be scared, but there's nothing you can do about it. funny for my friends, not for me. i was about to cry when i was at the back of the line in the dark and someone was grabbing my back every 5 seconds xD
I actually loved The Big Top! I found the strobe lights really disorientating and i was genuinely quite scared. I agree that Cabin wasn't as good as previous years but i still enjoyed it. Loved the halloween vlogs btw :)

even though it wasn't Halloween, I went to Thorpe park in the summer holidays for the first time, and I got all the rides in. swarm 4 times, Saw 6 times and other rides 1 of 2 times. only never got Storm Surge, Rumba Rapids, Samurai or I'm a Celebrity, but the biggest queue was 20 minutes for Colossus
That is very similar to my experience. I went this year during the summer holidays for "Summer Nights" and got on The Swarm 4 times, Saw-The Ride 7 times, Nemesis Inferno 4 times, Stealth 3 times and Colossus 4 times. Apparently during the event they limit the theme park to 1000 people! And even better, it's £15!
+HereComesTheSun And also, the only downside is that some of the rides aren't open for the event, but it is still absolutely excellent!

the big top was so good cues for 2 hours then they said they needed to stop the maze so we got kicked out but luckily enought came back five mins later and nobody was in line.
Blair Witch was funny tbh i thought it was the least scary one.

A great video as always Shawn, it was great to see your reactions to fright nights for this year and the mazes but it's a shame about Cabin In The Woods. We experienced the mazes lots of times this year and every time the mazes were different depending on the run. Big top is a great maze but tent 1 is boring, 2 was always depending on the actors and the 3rd tent was the best, saw alive was extremely good for this year. MBV was alright but again depends on the run but Blair Witch was terrible for us until the last day where we actually got a massive shock as going through their many times the actor changed position. Cabin in the woods was the best maze for us this year but again depends on which doors you go through, how many people are sent through the timing depends on how many actors but we did enjoy going to the control room many times. It was extremely foggy and stealth was brilliant when it launched as you could not see a thing but it definitely made the whole theme of fright nights. The thing that happened to you in big top seemed like you got a free face it alone experience and after doing around 6 of them during the whole of fright nights I recommend you try one next year as they have improved a lot from that time in Studio 13. :)

I have been waiting for this video for ages, when I went a couple of weeks ago I got servearly picked on because me and my mate were pushed to the front and these girls couldn't stand the maze so they were very far back, me and my friend were pretty much on our own the whole time and got so many scares and when it came to the chainsaw, the maze became the scariest attraction I have ever visited, I got touched and grabbed by the chainsaw person and the chainsaw touched me and Jesus it really freaked me out, I panicked because I was trying to find my friend but he left me at the end xD I couldn't find where to go because I was just staring at the floor using my hands to get out it was very full on that maze and I can easily say again that this is the most intense experience I have ever gotten and I just cannot wait until next year! I laughed so hard when you said about it at the end because I didn't know that anyone else had it like I did and you did! I told you that it was brilliant TPW Admin and it was.:) Brilliant vlog Shaun!

Yes totally agree with the cabin a massive disappointment I had been waiting for a re run in ages and it was just... Rubbish but saw bloody valentine and Blair witch where good. Now the big top massively disappointed me aswell. Defiantly need a new theme next year. But I am looking forward to the new ride. As always brilliant vlog!

you have to go onze to the fright nights in walibi holland there are a tworeally nice houses end the others e duable but the villa is a really scary maze with a lot of actors and a few good scares and also jefferson manor have also some very good scares
I went last Friday, it was so awesome!!! Although, I didn't manage to do My Bloody Valentine or Blair Witch.

Still, Thorpe at Fright Nights is definitely worth it if anything just for The Swarm at night.

so excited 4 days to fright night! Theme Park Worldwide, does the fast pass help a lot because we got it for stealth,rush,vortex and something i cant rememeber?!
It is well worth doing!
4 months after! Fast pass was well worth it! Only downside is had a massive falling out with the person i went with and we're not friends anymore :/ guess these things happen. But Fright night was AMAZING
i did cabin yesterday we were first in and it was outstanding got split by myself because an actor held me behind and it was amazing and saw alive was terrible was a strobe walk through

I think there's emergency exits throughout the maze. Plus the circuit isn't to hard to do :)

How scary would you rate the mazes in relation to passage of terror at Blackpool because that's the only maze I have done.

Everybody says that nemesis is much better than inferno, but what's the difference and what makes one much better than the other? I've only been on inferno ( going to towers in a few weeks).
+jamsta hamsta Nemesis is much more intense with a better layout, however Inferno has improved since it's aged more

Can someone please answer me this... In saw alive if you are at the front, is it really hard to see in the 5th and 6th rooms because I can't ever see in povs and I'm scared

i went on the thursday and friday just been it was amazing went on every ride, but on stealth the 1st time i hurt my back when you go up but the 2nd time im fine :) :) :)

Agree about Cabin, whilst it was my favourite maze most of the time still, my last run through did feel rather lacking on top of too many other people there too.
Saw Alive, I've found is a lot better this year. Blair Witch is also better too.
Big Top for me has been hit and miss for me, was good on my first trip, poor on my second and very good on my last run through.
I found My Bloody Valentine the weakest as aside from being shorter, I just found it lacked actors in there really.
Containment I actually enjoyed, but like you say there are definitely areas where they can improve it.
I take it you didn't do face it alone? When I did mine it was crazy but great fun however.

Containment sounds like they tried to use an escape room concept for a maze. Seems like that would create an awful throughput. Plus I would think most people go to be scared, not solve mysteries. Not that escape rooms can't be fun but not when they aren't what you expected.

+Laura Schlueter Containment is a room escape game, and is a paid extra :p Its not about throughput... and trust me it gets pretty creepy (I went through it myself)
