I hope many people see this. And I hope you get lots of "BUT YOU ARE WRONG AND HERE'S WHY" comments so that you can make a follow up video responding to them, with more facts and science, for us to enjoy. Nice Easter Egg in there 😎

  • @Parknest
    @Parknest Před 29 dny +4

    Paul, everything you said was spot on. The one crucial thing you missed was that the only real problem with the ICE is the FUEL it runs on is what actually causes the pollution. Switch to an alternative less polluting fuel and the pollution problem is a long way to being addressed. Such alternative fuels do exist. The only obstacle to altermative fuels is that the oil companies are having none of it and will stop it at all costs. The guy who invented a car that ran on water died in mysterious circumstances.
    Here is a link to a video about one such alternative to petrol: czcams.com/video/MNrGZC8h4Fg/video.htmlsi=PCBO0zVgT04WM-q1
    EVs do have their place but they're not a one-stop replacement for ICE vehicles. It is insanity to throw away a technology whose biggest problem can be easily addressed.

    The problem we have isn5 petrol or diesel, is consumerism. If people stopped demanding a new car every two years we’d be much better off as a species. Someone I know buys a new Nissan Squashcat every two years, always the same car, often in the same colour, seems rather a waste of money and resource to me. And also a sad acknowledgement of his inability to keep his 2 year old car nice. If people stopped buying half a ton of Christmas tat, stopped buying clothes and wearing them once, stopped buying things they see on tv but never use, we’d all be better off. If we stopped building massive supermarkets on the edge of town and had more smaller ones near where people live so those with a car could perhaps use them less we’d all be better off. If the people who insist on driving everywhere thought about it and maybe walked to the chemist or the kids to school instead we’d all be better off. If more journeys were made by bike instead of a car, even a motorbike or scooter we’d all be better off. If the car manufacturers stopped making their cars so big and heavy we’d all be better off. Park a Mk2 Golf next to whatever the new one is and the size difference is absurd. But ultimately for me it comes down to consumerism. The cars of today aren’t that more advanced than cars from 10 or 15 years ago, the main difference is they are massive now, with fancy lights and full of tellies instead of dials. They can ban diesel cars if they want, though who ‘they’ are and why they don’t want you moving around independently creating lots of lovely tax has never been explained to me. I’ve already got one and when it dies I will buy another. And when the diesel cars run out I’ll buy a petrol one. I know how to take care of a car and I don’t care how old it is as long as I like it. I can also start a fire without matches, catch fish, cook without a microwave and tie knots so I’ll be ok when the revolution comes.

      As per my comment replies on here you should let you friend know that he is sitting in a MICROWAVE OVEN with all of that electromagnetic radiation from all of those batteries that are cooking his cells with the metal of the car keeping all of that radiation in just like a microwave oven does - that combined with the radiation from the screen and mobile phone etc is 1000s of times worst than these alone in normal cars etc for causing cancers etc so see how much he loves his EV if he gets cancer a lot quicker from sitting inside his microwave oven.

Public chargers for those who live in flats or don't have access to one at home. One thing I do agree with is, the point that electric cars are the future and everyone will be driving them. No they won't and battery materials are limited and costly to mine. I think the future is clean fuel that use less petrol. Diesel is dead unfortunately.

      No he actually uses his brains to to actual research instead of living on the brainwashing of our corrupt puppet governments and mainstream media etc. EVs are subsidised in order to sucker the dumb into giving up their ICE vehicles and are 1000s of times more polluting than ICE vehicles with all of the rare Earth materials having to be dug up to make them that is killing 1000's of poor people in Africa etc lots of whom are children with cancers etc from these highly TOXIC chemicals. What Paul forgot to mention unless he wasn't aware is that sitting in an EV is sitting inside a huge MICROWAVE OVEN sitting on top of batteries that are putting out lots of nasty dangerous ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION that is cooking the cells of the people inside of them that are going to be riddled with cancers etc quicker than the radiation that is causing the cancers from the screens inside ICE vehicles and mobile phones that people carry as well - the metal of the car keeping all of this radiation in just like a microwave oven. Go watch the videos by experts such as Barry Trower on the dangers of mobile phones, wi-fi, smart devices etc ad how the governments etc are aware of all of these dangers - then again they want rid of 95% of the worlds population by 2050 as exposed on the video The Demo cracy Illusion on my channel and what do you think they have been doing to help this agenda this last few years with the SCAM DEMIC and allowing all of these dangerous things out there plus the EVs are a trojan horse to get rid of all ICE vehicles and then there will be NO driving or travelling at all for those few that are left apart for the Mafias that are behind everything that is going on that is who will be the only ones allowed driving and travelling. EVs are amazing - Aye Right!
