@@nrg6245 Pete Carroll was a joke of a HC last year and they still won 9 games with one of the worst defenses in the league and no offensive line. They have massively upgraded their coaching staff and have improved the roster as well

You have to look at this just for entertainment. It’s just a guess from what the teams added, lost and players added from the first round in the draft mostly. No one knows what future HOF could’ve been drafted or selected from the rookie FA. They are just guessing and most of the time they don’t know the teams like that, they only know their favorite teams.

These ranking look like they are pre draft ngl
All the upgrades to the trenches, Coaching, and the speed at linebacker puts the Seahawks at 25 behind the Titans, Raiders, Colts, and Steelers with a worse QB room than Seattle, and the Chargers who tore down quite a bit of their roster? They trimmed a lot of liabilities on the roster and you are somehow projecting them to get the 7th overall pick? That's not happening unless Geno and Howell get injured or both play poorly. Also Rams at 9 is a bit high for a team that lost the one guy on D that makes OCs build the gameplan around him.
I agree with Brady that too much love given to nfc teams. This doesnt mean final standings its power rankings. Eagles, jets, dolphins should be higher. Too much love for packers…like beating cowboys means anything,.

So the Colts added the best pass rusher in the draft to a front 7 that was already a top 5 unit and a dangerous deep threat in AD Mitchell, yet we're at 22?

just last year, 3 teams in the afc scored over 400 points, whereas 6 teams in the nfc scored over 400 points. but the afc is the gauntlet.
the afc is absolutely the gauntlet compared to the nfc. if your stance is based on points scored which is 100% valid, you have to compare afc points scored against nfc teams and vice versa. one of the only things i agreed with in the ranking was when they called the nfc top heavy. there’s a few nfc teams that are terrifying to play when you know they’re on schedule, but a lot of the bottom teams it’s not even worth watching the bloodbath. there’s fewer “bad” teams in the afc

Ravens are going to be tough. I'd like point out the fact tht Lamar had MVP season and crushed playoff after playoff team with his number 1 target Andrew's out. If they can stay healthy there going to do alot of damage. They been knocking at the door and I believe this is the season they blow the henges off and go all the way. Especially if the WR and pass rushers take a step forward. They literally wouldn't have a hole in there whole roster. It be elite starters and stacked with depth

Wins are the result of team play not just quarterback play. Kirk Cousins does NOT shrink in big games. His average playoff game has been better than Tom Brady's average playoff game even though he was sacked more than 3 times as often. Cousins may be the best pressure quarterback to play in many, many years. Pressure in big games and pressure of the defensive rush, he may be the best ever. Teams win and lose.

The best you can hope for now is former players who aren't idiots. Which definitely doesn't always happen. With the combination of the degradation of media quality. And increase in accessibility to games and film. If you keep up, It's pretty easy to notice when these kind of people make bad takes.

Bills have been in afc champ or divisional round the last 4 seasons. I don’t get why every year people say they’re overrated. They also finally built a running game to compliment Allen by the end of last season so idk why this is a surprising ranking lol
@@dmac33 the bills lost a lot of talent, and other teams have added talent. I prefer tiers over rankings. I would put them on the same tier as the bangles and eagles. But eagles added more and bangles haven't lost as much. And I think teams like GB and Texans both have more talent overall right now, and are on the rise. But that is the problem with the bills current stage of their contracts.

They should’ve won the browns game putting them at 10-7 had it not have been for two crucial penalties called on the browns last drive, reversing a strip sack that Indy recovered on a horrendous call that, again, he nfl themselves said was a horrible call. That 10-7 would’ve also dropped CLE’s record to 10-7 with the colts having the tie breaker, meaning at the very least a wild card spot (I don’t know how it would’ve affected the HOU vs IND tie at that point). But again, all of that was with severe adversity, so my point is, seeing them outside of the teens is insane to me
