So I have two things, first- when I am striding with my front foot, I should have no weight on the front leg? I notice that Aaron’s foot starts and lands in the same spot. Second- I have a similar leg kick to Aaron, how should I learn to time with it. Like if the pitcher say holds his leg in the air to throw off my timing, should I hold my leg in the air as well?
Couple things. 1. Aaron is in an open stance so he doesn’t pick up and land in the same place, if you were referring to his game stance. 2. Focus on the rear leg. Control everything thru your rear leg and the front leg will do what it needs to. 3. I like teaching hand separation for the process to get started. Guys can mix in all kinds of looks and work at different tempos. But when the hand separates it’s go time. Regardless of all the other stuff.
Shout out to Tony Baustista. He had it right all this time.

@@idaho5k736 thank you
Any tips on how to get faster hip rotation during swings
Imagine if everyone batted like Tony
New batting stance? I doubt it!
