  • The Texas Supreme Court overturned a lower court ruling that would have allowed a woman to have an abortion due to medical concerns. Before the ruling, Kate Cox, whose fetus received a fatal diagnosis, decided to leave the state to have the procedure. NBC News' Maura Barrett shares the details on Cox's case and her doctor's concerns for her pregnancy.

Yup, this is family values... risking the life of a mother of 2 live children by forcing her (AGAINST MEDICAL ADVICE) to carry a non-viable fetus. THIS IS INSANE! What if she couldn't afford to go elsewhere. She easily could die, leaving her 2 live children motherless.

This woman's child has trisomy 18, the quality of life for that child is small and if born alive, this woman WILL bury her child. The court approved the abortion. THIS is one of those reasons, I believe, a woman should be allowed a therapeutic abortion. She also risks rupture of her uterus which is deadly without IMMEDIATE medical attention. This is ridiculous!!She isn't doing this for fun. There is a real medical reason for this.Nevet been pregnant, but Roe versus Wade should not have been over turned. Is Ken Paxton and all these people going to care for these babies after they are born?? And of course the answer is NO!!!!They need to come up with a male birth control pill. Now this lady is married , and her and her husband have kids and maybe want another one.My idea is more for those who are single, who aren't committed to anyone so there won,t be so many single moms, and I,m not talking about divorced mothers. You want to stop abortion then take responsibility and both sides use birth control. And these politicians acting so high and mighty, are the first ones who want their girlfriend to get an abortion so THEIR WIVES don't find out they are cheating.

What's really scary is animals will fight anything, anyone to protect their babies, only humans are convinced that's it's good to murder theirs. It just goes to show how wicked humanity has gotten.

@miss_bhello7925 the baby is better to die outside the womb then. Okay. Either way, nobody wins. Would you like to carry, birth, and watch your baby die? All the while knowing you can do nothing about it because the government stops you from making a decision about your own body???? Anyways....
