178th Wing marks first MQ-9 Reaper landing during Operation Advanced Wrath

An MQ-9 Reaper assigned to the California Air National Guard’s 163rd Attack Wing was temporarily stationed at Springfield-Beckley Air National Guard Base, Ohio in March 2024 during the Advanced Wrath training exercise, in support of U.S. Special Operations Command. My dad was reaper pilot before all the doctrine about UAS was written. He Loved it. Now I'm air defense artillery. The best place to be in the military is in the sky, and wherever the innovation is happening.
