    1 green bell diced
    1 onion diced
    black mushrooms
    carrots chopped
    2 cups. ketchup
    1tbsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 tbsp.oyster sauce
    dash of soysauce
    1/2 tsp white pepper
    1 tbsp. ginger
    1 tbsp. minced garlic
    2 tbsp. minced pepper
    chopped scallions
    1 tsp sugar
    salt to taste

    Ok so when people cook shrimp with the shell how do they take out that vein or do you eat it with the vein? is that vein clean to eat ?

      Use a toothpick to remove the veins; it's very easy!

    Hi Natasha where can I find the Swiss tomato ketchup, and also the Chinese parsley you normally use in some dishes? Does it taste similar to Trini celery..... ty

      Uou can add more water and thicken it with a cornstarch mixture and water.

      Yes, we are accustom to it having more sauce from the Chinese restaurant. You can add more water than she did & taste & adjust your seasoning & salt.

      I think you may have put the shrimp in too soon it only takes seconds to cook it properly what I saw there would probably be very tasty rubber
