The internet has been a wild west for many years and I think it will continue to be a wild west in a lot of, hopefully, positive ways. Like twitter seems to be in a good spot now. But I think its fair to say that the past 10 years or so, everything has been infested by a type of personality that thrives off of being bad faith, accusing, name calling, and just a lot of not very nice things. The solution to all this is have people that people look up to and represent them talk and foster a community, and then every once and a while you get to confront someone who thinks differently. The fact that whenever someone confronts these types, they cower down, it shows their true colors. Because they were never willing to give good faith to anything even if it was handed to them on a plate. They are just there to stir up drama and they have this weird obsession's with being able to divert attention to this fact. But of course, that doesnt last forever. Thats why you don't act like a psychopath, because your not in it for the long term. And if your not in it for the long term or peoples universal interest, than of course eventually you are going to be treated as such. Theres only so much you can farm before people start wising up.
If they were smarter they would try to make people understand their ways. But they're just so self focused, full of hate and stupid af.
