I would be very interested to know your water volumes used to mash and how much run off to help me figure out grain absorption for double crush. Maybe a photo of how well the whirlpool works. Thanks for the video.
The ratio for grain to water at the start was 2.5 qt./lbs. I started with 8.2 gallons of water and had just under 5 gallons into the fermenter. I'll try and show the whirlpool in the next video.
