Got one Yesterday And your right..open the box tune it up and play
Stays in tune no fret buzz …going to put better strings on it
Pickups not bad For just kicking around in house playing
    Well worth the $120

I haven’t personally come across a Donner guitar but I did buy a Donner Gigbag without knowing the brand I bought to use on a self build that I dint like how it came out so I just needed a cheap gigbag to protect it in storage. The gigbag didn’t cost much but was better than what I was expecting, quality wise. They may definitely be worth checking out.

I may see about them sending me one. I'm looking to review gear soon! These seem pretty great from other reviews. You did a great job!

Rockin out as usual, brother. I prefer to think of Donners and Glarys as budget guitars rather than calling them beginner guitars. Like with kayaks. Some want a Hobie while others are content with their Pelican. Some people can’t or don’t want to spend a lot on a guitar but still want something that will play good. Maybe one day they’ll save up and get themselves a Fender or a Gibson or they’ll keep rocking their budget guitar in their living room. As long as they’re happy and satisfied, that’s all that matters. You gonna do a giveaway of that gorgeous blue Donner?

I think any well set up guitar will do. Just my opinion tho.

You could always buy some new pots or pickups from custom 920. Cool looking guitar!

I have a couple guitars with Custom 920 parts, they are pretty good. I’m not gonna upgrade this one tho, I’m just gonna include it in a giveaway. Lol.

No tremolo action? Would be nice to know the entire signal path. Good review. It really is a nice looking finish.

Nice review brother. By any chance did you write the intro song to the video? Its sounds really cool. If not, do you know the name of the song? Thank you for posting this.

I just bought this guitar! The blue finish is stunning. The pickups sound good but I may consider putting a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge. Thanks for the review! Also, your playing was fantastic!

Can a 14 year old have this guitar, asking because of the size. Is this size suitable?

I play an acoustic guitar so far and i would love to try an electric guitar.
Which do you think is better? A donner dst guitar or a squier bullet strat?

I heard that these CC machines which are basically 3D computerized wood carving machines greatly reduce the price of the wood construction, rectangular wood goes in one side, exact duplicates of gtr bodies / necks come out the other. maybe that's how the gtrs got so cheap now.

Definitely great when it comes to the price. Overall tho, in my opinion, it’ll get the job done much better with a simple pickup upgrade.
