Ray Mack's Salmon Recipe on the Griddle: A Taste of Desire

- Join me in Ray Mack's Kitchen and Grill as I show you my delicious salmon recipe cooked on my food trailer. Perfect for seafood lovers!
Ray Mack's Salmon Recipe
•4 salmon fillets
•3 tablespoons Olive oil
•Garlic pepper
•Seafood seasoning
•Onion powder
•Black pepper
•Buffalo wild wings parmesan garlic sauce
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Veggies
•Zucchini
•Yellow Squash
•Yellow onion
•1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
•Grll Mate vegetable seasoning
Direction:
1. Add: all seasoning to a bowl along with olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well
2. Rub seasoning mixture onto the salmon fillets coating both sides of the fish.
3. Cook on the griddle or cast iron skillet for 4 minutes per side depending on the size portions of your fish...cook longer if needed. (NOTE) According to the United States Department of Agriculture, the thickest part of a salmon filet or side should reach an internal temperature of 145°F. If you follow these guidelines, your fish will be fully cooked though, with no raw or silky interior.
4. Cook veggies in a skillet, add butter, and veggie seasoning. Allow to cook for 15 minutes or until TENDER.
5. BASTE the salmon with the BUFFALO WILD WINGS PARMESAN GARLIC SAUCE, let it set, and serve with veggie and rice. ENJOY - Jak na to + styl

Good video fam and love the kitchen grill set up… what would had done was put a little oil down for the salmon and cook the skin side up first… great video and I’m working hard to keep growing my channel as well

I grilled some salmon for lunch today. It's as good as it gets! I use Uncle Steve's Gator Shake seasoning. Squeeze of fresh lemon on top nails it.. Nice recipe Chef👍

Hey Bro. Ray 🤗 I loved your choice of veggies to go with the Salmon. This is a perfect Summer meal too. You mentioned a mistake with the Salmon 🤔 I’m glad you put the skin side down first. You peeped 😳 which is a no-no. Let that skin seer & crisp up. It wasn’t ready to flip that’s why the skin came off. Honestly Ray…you’d probably get a better crisp to that skin on cast iron…the veggies too.
Different surfaces just cook different.

Ray Mack… the salmon and veggies looks Devine! I’m going to try it on the Blackstone and see how it goes. That Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan is good. I actually uses it in my scampi’s. Thanks for sharing and keep rising

Mistake: skin side down first. Still ended up delicious I’m certain. As we used to say growing up, “all looks the same coming out“ lol
What you did wrong was put the skin side down 1st. Always cook presentation side 1st.
Other than that you did an amazing job as always. Forever soulful flavors.
