What you say is true. There is way to control the cleaned of the broiler, you have to blow right to the chain, and if it falls cinder it means that the broiler wasn't properly cleaning
You won't believe how many people don't know this process and don't do it, that's because the manager crunches time for proper weekly and daily cleaning procedures, there employees that do know are often crushed because no one covers them in other stations while others stand around and look confused
missed a lot of crucial information in terms of PPE, part names, correct/approved chemicals and cleaning process for each part as well as disassembly and reassembly of top burner boxes/correctly inserting the incendalyst interlock. Overall very instructional for basic cleaning, although i would consider a large portion of this video to be about daily cleaning parts as opposed to what is necessary to keep the broiler in good condition over time.
Absolutely disgusting. I have have used Nieco broilers for 35 years. It’s all about proper cleaning and maintenance. This gets zero stars. I can’t believe someone from Neico hasn’t responded about this poor cleaning.
Wow that is absolutely disgusting I’ve had a Nieco broiler for 10 years and just getting to phase it out and put in my new one and just happened to CZcams this. Worst cleaning and maintaining I’ve ever seen. Glad I have OCD.
That broiler wasn't properly cleaned, his hands were still getting dirty while he was reassembling the broiler back in place.
