    I open today at work... And never I have ever put the broiler together nor wash it. The over night people are the ones in charge to wash it and leave it all open. My shift manager wasn't going to be able to get there on time ... And the pictures on the wall are not clear I struggle for like 20 minutes and then I called like 6 different coworkers and none of them answer ...so I decided to look it up here in CZcams !! And bruuuhhh !! THANK YOU SO FREAKING MUCH !! YOU SAVED ME. I APPRECIATE THIS VIDEO.

    I’ve been a manager for a year and haven’t put the broiler together in a long ass time because I have crew members for that lmao 😭 but tomorrow I don’t, you’re a life saver

    I worked at burger king, they called it "broiler breakdown". Some pieces you can clean while in use. That gives you a headstart on cleaning.

      That’s how i was taught too clean the parts that the broiler doesn’t need to function. So instead of an hour without fresh patties you can cut it down to 30 mins

    I am a maintenance guy for a local bk franchise. cleaned this broiler hundreds of times by now. I struggled with it a lot at first, but now it's all second nature. Learn to use QSR soil shield and cleaning it will be a breeze every single night!

      Bruh do you recommend bk maintenance as occupation? Looking into it

    • @brosch91
      @brosch91 Před 5 měsíci +1

      @@lyleyazzie4649 It really depends on the franchise you work for. Some of them treat their employees good, but for a lot of them, it's about farming as much labor from you as possible for the lowest salary then can get away with paying you. Not to discourage you, but it's a job you'll get good maintenance experience from. And if you're cleaning a duke every night, those broilers are pretty easy. But if you're cleaning an MPB94 or an FH94G, those both take quite a bit more work. Hopefully this helps

    I work for BK, the broiler sucks, it's hot, yucky and sweaty. You have people yelling at you to cool 6 meats at once. When you get home you real like a burger, you find grease all in your nostrils, ears and on your face.
    That's why I'd rather be cleaning hand and Wash-up.

  • @gaunterodimmmastermirrors72

    Yeah....I don't think I'm gonna keep working at Burger King now. Sorry, this is stress-inducing, anxiety building, and the mental patience to remember all this keeps me in a panic. Sorry, but I'm definitely quitting as a porter.

    Cleaned this exact model for years almost every night. This thing looks like it just got through a full day and was never cleaned properly.

    all of that should be shiny... its stainless steal. you should have used a lil elbow grease on ti before reassembly!!!

      Flav Man elbow (degreaser) goes a long way, sucks but if you don't want grease fire it's got to be done.

    How do you clean a chain

    • @VannKY1
      @VannKY1  Před 4 měsíci

      They had a special tool that you could scrape the chain with. You would pull it from the left side where the burger pattys fell.
