Can you please keep balogun on the pitch for the last 6 games please 🙏🏼 what a difference having our best defender playing. Wins headers, quick recovery pace and wins tackles constantly. No1 else does it like him. Don’t care who plays next to him but he has to stay, he should have played against Celtic

The fact that he is the first manager to drop one of the untouchables gives me massive faith going forward. A clearout will be required though for success next season no matter how this goes. It should be the end of the road for Goldson, Tav, Lundstram, Barasic, Davies, Mclaughlin, Wright, Jack, Silva, Souttar, Dessers and Lammers. If any of Tav Lundstram, or Goldson remain then we will be in for more torture. This win today was good but we were very fragile at times and we haven't turned any corner yet, with our recent form.
Every rangers fan needs to keep faith in this big guy look at the mess we were in before he came in now we are on course for a treble
Backing clement was never an issue ,our players belief was the issue,we know we have the most technical team in the country ,a striker who can score superb goals ,but they need to believe,and yesterday gave me a lot of optimism
Balogun just gets defending and always has his head up, big difference but next season we might even need 2 new quality CB
We will need to get rid of Goldson, Souttar and Davies. None of them are Rangers class. Big Balogun can stay.

@@micheleclarke1042 That is true and lots of injury prone guys from Gios time as well, as guys that under Gerrard had bad patterns throughout the season. Clement is polishing a turd at times with quite a few of them, and we are expecting gold. Summer clear out sorely needed.
@rangersnut Clement so far is making sense with his plans...and he said it himself yesterday about Balogun....having a headache from choice on who is in the start up is a headache he would welcome for other positions...

I semi believe in a treble but a double ,I don’t see any road blocks,Celtic are beatable as long as we play fearless
I believe the usual bottle jobs will let us down. Though I would gladly be wrong. We deserved out win today but it wasn't massively convincing.

Agreed and Dessers needs to be selfish. Silva should be nowhere near this team. Rabbi was weak and just played the ball back constantly. I want him to do well, but he needs to be braver and attack the space. His touch at times and concentration were terrible today. Same goes for Lundstram and Souttar.

I would take King and Balogun over Souttar.
Keep Balogun in we have a chance put Goldson in we don't. Although Souttar had a couple of shaky moments the defence looked much better. It's still not over.

What gives you that confidence? Even if we win every game, they are well ahead on goal difference. Also we have serial bottlers that bottle it on the big pressure games.

The biggest change of all today Tav knew he was on the radar and at last put in a defensive shift to be proud of
We needed a manager who didnt worry about dropping starters and hd did it to his credit, when tavs having a bad game it effects Goldson and vice versa. Without Goldson Tav played well.
And offensive goal one I just remembered
I stuck by dessers all season as it only there first season which isn’t even done yet and is scoring when it matters , and everyone gave cyriel stick every week when silva missed a tap in in the same game , quite glad big dessers shut up the doubters who also celebrated the result

Well done … still this team is poor no passion no drive I think tav is massive problem in the team he must take every corner Free kick throw in penalty it shows a leader who can’t delegate on the park and am sure the other players feel it more like bully than captain … still not convinced about this team and no firepower up front
You do know it is the manager and coaching team that delegates set pieces and it is coaching that are changing the set pieces

Was a good result, however it wasn't a great display. I think Balagun made a big difference. Silva should be sent packing the squad doesn't need him. ? Over Souter. Cantwell was MOTM for me. Long time I still don't think Dessers is the answer.

It was better to see us win. Dessers was better, but not selfish enough. Cantwell was my man of the match and Butland was really strong. Tav wasn't great, but Lundstram was woeful. Rabbi had no bravery to attack the space in front of him. Constant back passes from Rabbi are infuriating. Souttar was poor at times, especially 2nd half. I thought big Leon did well. I would prefer to see Raskin and Diomande together with Cantwell ahead. Mcausland can keep his RW place for me, LW is an issue. Winning today was good but we looked fragile and Hearts let us off the hook at times. Though we were defintely better with Balogun. Though I wonder why Souttar doesnt play his natural RCB role and Balogun in his natural LCB role? For me playing players where they are more comfortable would make more sense. I am glad Clement dropped Goldson to the bench. It signals to the rest no one is beyond dropping. That is how it should be. We will need to be way better to beat Celtic. Dessers needs to keep his mouth shut about who is the best team. More action, less talk.
