    This is so dope! I'm a nail tech/ nail instructor, and now I rent out a room in my suite to a hair stylist. I have students all the time asking when they graduate, can they come & work with me. I don't have the space now.

    If a tenant does not pay rent, is the eviction process extensive? Can you make a video on that and how to protect yourself from stuff like that? That's my only concern is getting a tenant(s) out if they fail to pay rent

    Hey snoop, i know you mentioned you need a business license and a cosmetology license. However wont cosmetology take about 8 -12 months to accomplish? Or an i confusing the word , thanks for your help!
