They are all good, but Ann Hallenberg is to me the most engaging version and she has the most glamorous voice.
Cecilia Bartoli, somehow the others lack volume and resonance in certain passages.
Natürlich sind sie alle perfekt, aber Cecilia Bartoli ist für mich die Referenz. Die extreme Dynamik und die extreme Tiefe in der lyrischen Passage haben mich schon immer begeistert. Gerade diese Stelle macht das Stück nach meinem Empfinden aus und sie singt es wie keine andere zuvor und bis heute. Aber vielen Dank, die Bandbreite kennen lernen zu dürfen 🙏

First of all they are all four wonderful singers. And judging any of them based on one song is terrible. However, in this case my first preference is Ann Hallenberg because of her warm sound. But saying that I almost feel guilty for not mentioning how wonderfully strong and energetic Cecilia Bartoli performs this same song. So please do not raise such terrible questions as this because I love Julia and Vivica as well.

Очень трудно сравнивать из-за разного качества записей. Голоса у все прекрасные. Не согласен с негативным комментарием по поводу голоса Вивики Жено. У неё наиболее своеобразный тембр, что очень ценно. Мастерство у всех тоже высочайшее. Однако, Чечилия Бартоли «рубит» мелкими кусочками, а музыкального целого не даёт. Это, к сожалению, ей свойственно. Анн звучит красивее. У Лежневой и Жено хуже записи. Однако, меня больше всех завлекает и радует последняя. У неё больше выразительности и магнетизма при безупречной виртуозности.

Theatralik und Pathos bei Bartoli wirken auf mich oft beinahe grotesk, jedenfalls übertrieben. Sie tut zuviel des Guten und legt alles in die äußere Darstellung, den Effekt, was vielleicht dem Geist der Epoche wirklich entspricht. Persönlich gefällt mir aber Hallenberg mit ihrer viel mehr von innen kommenden, verhalteneren Kraft und Leidenschaft deutlich besser. Das 'Weniger' ist hier ein mehr an 'Noblesse' und Stimmigkeit - meiner Empfindung nach.
