I know this singer from a dvd I have of Handel's opera "Admeto" when he was quite young and fairly recently watched him in "Rodelinda" from a production on You Tube that absolutely beguiled me in which Jakob Orlinski also took part.
I have 2 DVDs of Admeto, and Tim Mead is in both. In the one, he sings the role of Trasimede. In the other he sings the tile role (it’s a production that incorporates Japanese inspired costumes). I’ve also seen that Rodelinda with Jeanine De Bique in the title role.
@@JeffreyStivers I cannot ever forget that scene we he mistakes that lady for the goddess Diana and she shoots the arrow and hits that bird which is flying overhead!
