    A weight training routine is essential for everyone, no matter your age! All you need is a few different weighted pairs of dumbbells and a chair. If you don't have that, cans and bottles of same size will do... for now.

    Mr motivator is still with us from 90s ppl this is amazing sub like and share i am 65 my kids grew up with Mr motivator i had no gym membership & stay fit

    How apposite orange, I'm of to Amsterdam for a couple of days next week. That was a good work out I felt the burn with just the three kg weights.😎🐪🐧🍺🍺🍺
