1. What is Auras?
Is it your energy field which surrounds your body.
Auras are energy, expressed in seven layers. Each layer is correlate to a different element of your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health.
It’s thought those layers, that you can interact with each of them to influence your health system.

When i used to meditate in my adolescence age.. i practiced almost everyday and some times i used to stay on the balcony or window and focused on people passing by and a few times i managed to the point of seeing only the colors like the physical body melted or didn't exist only seeing the light the colors walking it's was an amazing view but also a bit weird and fun
i had something similiar happen to me too when i was in a park. the trees became abstract shapes and colours and soon enough everything was. it only lasted a minute or so but it was really beautiful and frightening.

@@Truindigu you know for example a fly passes in front of your face and the background vision is kinda blured.. try to practice that then becomes easier this can happen without meditation it's more a visual thing.. but it's kinda a meditative state when you focus longer.
This situation is more and clearly explained in Buddhism , you can improve more

I tried your technique and it worked! And then i realised that by letting my eyes totally relax, i may see double but i could totally see the auras straight away 😱

Wow, yours is light blue, I could see it growing bigger as I continued to gaze. 😊 I have seen auras around trees as purple or white, they flow as the wind blows.

Me too my aura is white ... but from energy healing-seven senses his aura color is hint of yellow,and green (but most of all the comment here ... blue,or turquiose blue (maybe i am a color blind? 😅) ... my reason ... i really want to learn not because i want to be special (to have special power/ability) ... but to know if the person i talk,and see is honest,or if that person have bad intention (to protect myself),or a person have a health issue ...
I used to sleep walk a lot when I was younger, I’ve seen two Spirit guides in my life time (both where white as paper and where glowing. when I attended church I would always see auras of those people who preached. The aortas where white, yellow, red, and green. Now a days I try astral projection ( it worked once before) it took me less then ten minutes to astral, I got scared because it was intensifying rapidly. As soon as fear kicked in, it stopped! Your aorta was yellow and then switch to red on your hand!

yes it's normal, thoses corlor are the first you see in general, practice more with this excercise ;) but in short time, don't blow your eyes or brain focus... reset then try again later
I see it from my childhood just the bright shape max 5 cm above other people but also with the things like a chair sofa..

Thank you, this totally broke me through. I was just beginning to see auras through exercises after watching Teal Swans video and this was the final benedictor. I can now see white light/ sketchmarks around objects. Does anyone know how i can percieve more out of colours?

Hey, i love your video, please respond, do you think that this aura/energy is like "ki", if you don't know what ki is please search, this aura/energy is like ki? Is it possible that if you train your energy through meditation or special exercises and gain it in high quantities its possible to see it with the naked eye without tricks? Please respond!

i started to see aura just from nothing. never cared about it cuz it is something that never interested me. to me the best way to see it is just to stare into something. it appears very fast. but if the place is too bright it will not work. needs to be a bit darker place like inside the house. out on the sun it will not work.

Hey:) i am trying to improve in seeing auras! I practise on my hand - and its gettin better and better, but i struggle with seeing any different color apart from green-blueish shade. Also, its hard to see it on other people for now. Do you think it’ll get better with practise? Thank you in advance!:)

Sometimes I can see/sense it’s more like sensing it, around myself, but mostly orther objects.
It’s not that I wanna see them, it happens, but when I try to see/sense them, it never happens.
And for those who have never witnessed it, it’s like a layer of colors. But that’s not just colors it’s a light within the colors itself.
You can’t really understand seeing these if you haven’t seen them.
I have always seen it mostly blue, between light and dark blue, with a little purple on it.
But my question, is why it is that I can see it sometimes not “forcing” myself to see them. And when I force myself to see it never happens to see it.
weirdest tint of green i have ever seen. No words to describe it! Like seeing color for the first time in my life and not even understanding "what it is!"

You have torquise green aura when observing your won aura and white aura.when your are communicating with your eyes.

Sometimes i see a mix of blue and purple but only on a small area on the top right of his head (to your right, not his) and most of the time it's either white or yellow/golden i'm not too sure because of the background
I don't see auras, but I can see the subconscious of people. When I see someone it appears to me like a cat, when I see someone else I see a snake, when I see someone else I see a lion, and I have many other viewings. I need to document these.

I’ve seen what I call auras for a long time, just not sure why.
I'm a long distance cyclist I can ride 60 miles and I used to hypnotize myself by going into a trance state. I don't know why but I started to experiment when I was laying on my couch and I can watch heat rising up from my body if I concentrate. I now can do that same skill set and look at a person and I see colors. Normal or not I go to church and this is not good. But I want to go deeper.

Uh so i see colors like red and green but i dont actuallt see them. I focus my eye on ur forhead but from the corner of my eye i see green near your but when i move my eyes to see it it dissappears
yes that is the right technique, it is all in the focus of your eyes and mental state ;)
I can see the auras but they dont have colours am I doing it right
The first stage of learning to see auras is often a transparent/grey aura. But some people actually have a black grey or white aura. Just keep practising and im sure you will see colours soon
@@drvnkdazed its totally ok you are not bothering me at all:) Im not completely sure but it is totally normal to see aura colours in layers. Maybe you can search up what white and purple means induvidually? I copied and pasted something here for you. The first layer: The Etheric Layer
This is the layer closest to the physical body, and the layer some therapists can see during treatment. Sits approximately two to four inches away from the physical body, and can be seen as a faint grey/violet mist. This layer is connected to the base chakra.
The second layer: The Emotional Layer
This layer sits directly outside the etheric body, extending one to three inches. This layer is connected to the sacral chakra, and holds all our emotions, feelings and sensitivity such as joy, sorrow, love and hate.
So you could sesrch up the colours and see what it means in your etheric layer and in the emotional layer.🥰 Hope it helped:)

some clairvoyants say there is a secondary fiels that is semu transparent like clean water and it can indicate how fit a physical body is, straight beistles pointing outward means fit and balanced, tangled curly tendrils means physically unhealthy, maybe thats what you are seeing, also many say that the cant see an aura head on and use peripheral vision to see the aura (yes ive heard that peripheral vision isnt really in color pur brains fill it in, but if our brains interpret thing maybe this isnt a negative thing)

you should be able to see other colors, go behond the 3D, let go your own emotion, "then scan". your mental may give you some tricks 😉

Long time ago when I was young, we were in our garden watching the littile neighbour girl play in their garden. My mother suddenly was shocked and told me she saw a silver star like aura around that kid. What could that have meant? In your video you show an aura with 3 colors, but then a hand with a silver aura. What is the difference? I think I see sharp blue lines around your fingers, I am probably imagining it. I was really trying to do what you said and trying to see something.
