I think I needed you to explain it 😅😅 I'm old-school; this show is old now and I like the first 8 seasons. I keep watching hoping for that magic to come back. For me personally it has not. Yet. I hold onto hope! Really missing Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, and many other of the recurring characters!❤

There was also a running theme of Anna being violated casually, such as her pastries being touched, her gift being opened and then her being forcefully fondled

Why the hell can't she ever speak up though, you know, like a regular person? Babette would NEVA be able to touch on my food like that. I would have snatched that stale brown wig, right off her head. Anna is a perpetual victim and is never quite sure what exactly is going on.

Yes! And Don't forget the fake nurse at the hospital when she had the miscarriage! The one played by Cara Delevigne! What the hell was that? I'm not sure if she caused the miscarriage or what but she was obviously up to something if she was impersonating a nurse.
I'm relieved that Preech is not evil and the mother in law isn't either but i swear everyone else including the husband is shady. I don't actually like the way they are treating Anna. And why would you continue to drink something just because someone said its ok. Anna is naive but it will be to her detriment.
I kind of got that feeling pretty early on. Remember the message on the mirror?? "Don't do it!!" Someone was trying to tell Anna something, I figured it was Preech because she is labeled the "crazy conspiracy lady" Sometimes, the crazy ones are actually the sane ones. Also remember the time she came up to the car window and said something about Sonja? Something like don't trust her, or stay away from her?
Also yes!!! I don't trust anyone and I'm still not sure about the husband. Doesn't he think it is weird that Sonja looks exactly like his ex? Why doesn't he believe his wife when she tells him some weird shit is going on?? I don't trust Anna's Lil manager (kim) either! Never did. From day one I thought she was shady and they met at a grief group for women who lost babies??? Idk it's all a hard NOPE for me 😂
That would actually surprise me at this point. I’d it just me or is the show gotten better and kind acting got better

Her husband is 100% involved. The second the mom brought up his father & what he did to her in the last episode, I’m positive that he’s involved somehow.

I believe his father passed on his legacy to him.
He IS his father's son and gaslighting his incubator of a wife till she delivers what it is he really wants. The birth of the demon baby.
For sure he's involved, i believe it 100% and i think Dex's mother will actually (hopefully) be an ally for Anna in the end

I’m re-watching Delicate now and I’m realizing in ep. 1 that Shioban gave Anna the doll and made her write her name on its body 🤔. I think she marked herself on the doll and that’s why whatever happens to Anna is visually apparent in the doll as well.

I trust Sonja and Preecher! I think the clue that they're good is that they're connected to the white owl as opposed to all the black goats and cats of the evil women.
I think Cara's character is a good witch, and she's trying to kill the baby monster, she can transform herself into other people, like the doctor when he came to Anna's house e didn't know that she was on her 3 trimester, and also the Cora that molested her (actually trying to make her miscarry) and the Sonia with green shoes.

Honestly I think she only did good most of her line are about keeping up her image which we know she does well but I think she Channing kris Jenner cuz I have heard her talk like that so much on they reality show they should of asked kris to do the role
I KNEW Siobhan was the villain from Ep 1. It’s in her name! It’s a distinctly Irish name, and right below that Preecher article about Queen Mary was one about CELTIC witch rituals. not a coincidence in this world.
Siobhan is definitely the woman that approached preacher and promised her stuffs just like she's doing with Anna mind preacher was in the audience in the talk show and also outside of Siobhan office
You forgot one important detail. Sonia said she never wears green. So who could the other one be. Is his wife still alive? Is sonia lying?
And why would she like about something so inconsequential as wearing green? Is it possible there is a double of her somehow?

Do you think she could BE the owl Anna saw? Something feels very intentional about the choice to make the actress wear those particular glasses… Her gaze looks incredibly owl-like in them. I think, yes, she’s a good witch and the owl is her familiar. Kamal might be working with her/on her side of this “witch war.”
I hate how interesting this episode was and that we have to wait till 2024 for the next paaaart💀😭

This episode did a good job of connecting the past with the present. I am relieved that Miss Preecher is a good guy. Could it be that Ana was vomiting the pins that were stuck in the stomach of one of the dolls? About Dexter, I don’t think he is involved in the satanic rituals.
Ana was throwing up a finger nail from the baby claw. Just like the baby from the woman in 1555 when her baby came out with those long black nails.
Dex is definitely involved! Even if he isn’t, he is evil, but what’s weird is that preacher said this is happening to Anna because they’re mad at him….. ?
& I agree, Kim has definitely surprised me with her pretty solid acting chops. Was NOT expecting her to be actually believable! Let alone good!

Me either. I saw her do that skit on snl and some commercial with Betty white and she was horrible! No personality, just flat. She took acting lessons for this. A skit and a commercial are not the same as a television series where u actually have to play a character. She is ok but let's be real! Is this character much different from her real personality?? 😂 it's not like she is playing a complex character. Now lady GaGa did her thing in Hotel!

@@danielleschiazza6172 SNL isn't an acting job! It's literally sketch comedy. Even actors give bad performances when they go on there. So to form an opinion of someone's acting ability based on when they hosted SNL is dumb. Plus you keep saying "the skit" as if she only did one. If you didn't see the rest, you should check them out.
Also it says a lot how the only people who say Kim can't act are the people who already don't like her. It screams biased hypocrisy. 🤷🏽♂️

I have to agree. This is definitely my favorite episode thus far. I knew Anna's husband was responsible in some type of way I just couldn't put my finger on how exactly. I wonder will they let her in the door of her new found fate at the top with these witches. For some reason I still feel like Shabon and the house manager are like on the good witches side maybe. I'm excited to see what happens next.😊❤
I agree about the house manager, i believe she is good. The way she looked at Sonja, u could tell she knew something was up. Siobhan on the other hand....I don't trust her for shit 😂😂

but miss preecher is trying to help anna and doesnt seem to be one of the bad witches, therefore there's a chance sonja is'nt evil. Although her resemblance with Adeline seems just uncanny. Maybe the owl signifies good?

This season is just WAY too slow.The only new info from this episode was that Ms Preecher is trying to warn Anna as she went through the same thing,which was pretty obvious anyway.I know Anna is the main character,but there's just no depth to any of the others.They have no arcs and the story developmment is too slow-paced . Also....Where's the actual horror? The 1st half of the season is over and the story is still: Anna is pregnant,who can she trust? This season can't compare to Freak Show,Hotel,Murder House or Asylum where there are more characters with interesting stories,more memorable scenes and just more horror..Not that bad,but nothing special

Idk if you noticed but Adeline also has that facial moler on her chin (left side) like ivy and Anna, if you look closer at the friends photo. And ivy is staring at Adeline, (my theory is that it’s ivy who chloroformed Anna with her red gloves)

Who else is having issues remembering the past episodes!!!!! I only had flashbacks had to watch 1st 2nd and 3rd to connect. It’s weird! Maybe it’s just me or it’s taking a whole week to see the next one! This episode is the best one. Kim is getting good at it woah I’m impressed.

@@Vaudevillain121 😂😂 yes. I kind of like this season, I'm giving it a chance. I loved NYC but I noticed a lot of people hated it! I mean it's American horror right? The aids crisis was a real life American horror story. I was just a kid then but I remember. I remember Ryan White and the heartbreaking life that poor kid had to live. People were treated like lepers back then if they had the virus, it was cruel. I hated Roanoke and cult had some potential but it just got ridiculous!
I sure hope Part 2 doesn't take too long to be aired - - as much as I like this story, I think it could easily be forgotten about if Part 2 doesn't follow up sooner than later.

The reason American Horror Story: Delicate's hiatus may be long isn't down to strategy, but rather the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike. This is what caused the season to be separated into two parts as it brought filming to a stop until the issues could be resolved.
It sucks that we may have to wait until sometime 2024 to see the rest of the season.

I'm still waiting for the reveal that Anna is Madison Montgomery under the same spell from apocalypse to make her think she's someone else. I know it's based on a book but I think that's all to make the twist that much more.....well stupid. It is AHS after all.
This is what I had been hoping all along. Although with the Ashley's being who they are, now I'm confused as I thought they would be Mallory and Coco. Who's to say though this still couldn't be Madison? If so, i think it would be an epic reveal to bridge to the last season, which I can only imahinr would be Apocalypse 2.0
In the beginning The mother tells Dex to believe her and at the end you see Emma telling him to believe her to…?
Nothing happened this season. There was nothing progressing the plot. It was just weird things happening over and over again. We did not actually learn anything. This whole thing could be condensed into three episodes.
I feel this was definitely the best episode. So I hope part 2 is more like that!
It left me soooooo confused! I love the original Rose Mary’s Baby, I loved that it’s shot just like it! ❤️
However I felt so bored and felt they needed to up the gore! They should’ve went all out distributing with Anna’a competition, enemies, friends meeting unfortunate, gruesome deaths!

I'm actually starting to feel that just maybe if things start to get more "Old Skool AHS-ish" this season might be able to pull our beloved show out of the Poop house? I never thought Ms Preecher was going to be a bad person, because they made it seem like it so much, IMO. I'll admit that it's always been difficult for me to warm up to Emma Roberts because of how much of a nasty person a lot of ppl have said she is? As Anna, I find her weak and annoying but I actually think Kim K is doing a really good job. I know a lot of miserable folks who walk around hating ppl for no reason(although, I don't care for ER, I'd still never wish her harm)but IMO, Kim is actually believable? 🤗

This season has me thinking about all the conspiracy theories out there that i have heard or read about over the years regarding all the rappers in the music industry and just the entertainment industry overall and all the celebrities who are alleged to be making all kind of sacrifice to be and stay on top 🤔
I still think its 2 coven of witches at play here and each of them needs Anna to carry a baby and which ever baby she carries to term that coven will raign supreme
the only thing that carried this season so far is the storyline I miss the days of ahs when the actors really made you feel the storyline and not like you were just trying to follow along
4:26 you mentioned that Sonia wears all black. You forgot to mention that when Anna brought up her green heels that she was wearing at the gallery, Sonia says that she never wears green, even on her feet, because the color washes her out. I don't think that Nicolette was "taken aback" when she saw Sonia, it seemed like she knew who Sonia was and was not happy that she was there. You also keep suggesting that someone else may have offered up Anna's baby as part of a deal, but the show tells us that you cannot offer up someone else's baby. This is shown when The Ashleys came for Queen Mary's baby and told Elizabeth that there will come a time when she'll do the same, when she responded and said that she'll never give up her baby, they made her barren. Also, you cannot limit the suspected witches to just 4 women because you saw 4 Ravenheads, there could be lots more.

There have been photos leaked of Cara aka Ivy the mystery girl on set wearing the black raven outfit that the witches wear. I am really confused because I honestly thought she was a good guy in this show but now I have no idea. Also I am not 100% sure on any of this I just saw photos of her wearing it.

Assuming that the real history of Mary I is canon in the AHS universe, then Mary’s reign was anything BUT FRUITFUL. There’s a reason she was known as Bloody Mary.
Doesn’t seem they needed to make a deal with Miss Preecher if she didn’t want the baby anyway.
She didn't wanna go through with the pregnancy so part of the deal is that she couldn't get rid of it
