Thanks for this wonderful video! Please let me know about this. I heard in L5 models MR use a set screw in the firing pin stop plate to prevent it from falling off during shooting. Could you please let me know if it is true? Thanks a lot!
When I ordered this gun it was shortly before the cut off on the hand gun freeze in Canada. My options were pretty thin. I've tried looking into if a guy can order a .44Mag conversation but that's hard to do in this God forsaken country too.
@@Gun_Canucks agreed!!!! as much I love the Desert Eagle (as I happen to own one in .44 Magnum), it tends to jam quite often, even when you're not limp-wristing and using the recommended ammo. So for actual carry guns to depend my life on, either my Sig P320 or Ruger GP100 in .357 Magnum will do the job quite nicely.
@DrQuagmire1 You have to gorilla grip the ever living shit out of the gun to make it cycle semi reliably. If I had to actually use one of my hand guns for defense (although I can't in canada) my glock 20 would be my first choice.
@@Gun_Canucks ah yeah, that one is in 10mm if I remember correctly. as for handgun hunting goes, you could use that, or use a S&W .460 Magnum (which I also happen to be the proud owner of)

In that configuration, 44magnum is probably going to be the best for recoil with the smaller L5 leave the 50 for the full size Eagle lol

@Gun_Canucks sorry you got such a jerk running your beautiful country. Glad you got the 50 ae.

Bro I do not know how to hold a firearm
Doesn't look any more reliable than the 357 version?
It's more of a range toy. I would never depend my life on it.

@DrQuagmire1 Yeah the glock 20 is in 10mm. I also have a smith & wesson 610 in 10mm. The 610 is an N frame revolver.
