Have you considered a career as a consumer reporter? As I mentioned in my previous comment, you have all the traits of an excellent reporter. Your effort, time and expense to review products is excellent and very kind of you to do it. I just thought I'd mention it in case you're looking for a career change.
Once again much appreciated. So I started doing interviews at stadiums and car meets. I currently model (sometime I'll make a video on it) and started minor acting roles. Hopefully in the future it will all turn into something great!
One of the major things Hockey has going for it, is how cool and unique the jerseys are and I guess I bought my jerseys at the right time

As always, your videos are superb. I've watched several of them and your analysis, presentation and conclusions are spot on. This video is excellent for those who don't know anything about Fanatics. It's been common knowledge among jersey collectors that Fanatics is horrible when it comes to quality and to stay away from them. It baffles me why anyone would purchase Fanatics or the new Mitchell & Ness jerseys. However, I can appreciate that not everyone is aware of their reputation and videos like this one educates nicely.

Completely agree on fanatics. Next season they should do Indo retail authentic and start selling mics. They sell MLB and NBA almost exactly like player quality no reason why they shouldn't do the same.

Great video. Quick question…this will be my first NHL jersey. I get my NBA jerseys in a XXL because I like them a little long and loose. I’m 6’3 180. Would an XL adidas NHL jersey be a good fit? Also where is the best place to buy a custom Blackhawks Adidas jersey because I wanted to put my name on it? Thank you
Thanks for watching! Great question. If you like them baggy especially at 6'3 I would do a 54 or XL. I'm about the same size and wear a 50 which is fitted. 52 L would be a hair loose. 54 Xl would be baggy .

I'm 5' 9" 160 lbs (soccer player average build). I'm considering getting a small Pro Player replica jersey, but I'm wondering if it would be too small on me.

Hope you can help me decide on what size to choose. I'm looking to get the adidas primegreen. I'm 6'1 225 lbs. with a little bit of a beer gut 😂. I don't like form-fitting clothes, but i don't want to be swimming in the jersey eithet. I saw some where NHL recommends going down 1 size than you normally wear. I wear XXL shirts. Not sure if I should go with a size 54 or 56 what are your thoughts. I'm thinking about ordering from CBH shop

I like the stitching on the adidas jerseys far better than the fanatics jerseys tbh idc if the neck pocket is different and it isn’t made to fit over pads but they shouldn’t call it authentic without clarifying that it just means authentic merchandise not the in ice equivalen.
@@henrybridgeman8898 definitely debatable. For me on ice jerseys are team issue, pro cut or gamers. I do agree though that retail should be in front of authentic. If that's the way adidas lists it though then have to go with that unfortunately.

Love your videos JJ! For everybody who owns a fanatics...DON'T WASH THEM REGULARLY! The quality is so bad that the tomahawks on the shoulders come off and everything starts peeling. I'm glad I have a collection. That's not these jerseys but I will tell you you wear it till it's dirtiest. I know this sounds crazy but try to avoid washing it. Try to spot wash it with a rag, because if you get it submerged the glue is crap. I had to go back and put fabric glue to hold down everything & while it looks pretty good, it's sad. Fanatics = No Bueno

Hey guys, i wanna buy my first NHL Jersey as I traveled to nyc last month and watched a rangers game against the red wings. This made me going into ice hockey really bad and now im sitting in front of the tv at 1 am to watch the games :D However, I’m not sure which size to buy… Im thinking about the fanatics breakaway one and want it to fit regularly, just as a hoodie but not baggy. I’m 178cm which is 5‘10 and 81kg which is 178,5 lbs. Do you think S would be the size to go for me? Thank you for any help and greetings from Germany :-)
Hey Man, thanks for watching. I highly recommend the Adidas. I really like the brand new Rangers alternate jerseys that just released on NHL shop. For your measurements you can do a medium in fanatics or 50 in Adidas. 52 or large would work but might be a little to baggy. Again check out the brand new Rangers alternate it's absolutely awesome

Because they look like they took very little imagination. Because a bit fat shield patch on the chest is kinda ugly and awkward compared to our famous diagonal Rangers. They kind of look like police uniforms. The navy and the sleeves are sweet, but other than that, makes you wonder who green lights these jerseys 🤦🏻♂️ hope the stadium series jersey is much better, supposedly releases this week!

Correct. These Adidas are the retail authentics. The on ice jerseys are made in Canada and night and day difference in quality

@@strikeeagle2066 I feel you on that one! In the NFL unfortunately the players fuse elites are definitely different than the retail elites. In baseball and basketball the retail and player jerseys are pretty much the same
from what ive experienced with the two brands, fanatics is great for chilling around the house and wearing to games, the adidas is great for more hard use like working out or actually playing hockey in

@@jersey_jaguar the real trick ive found to making them last is to buy them without numbers or names, that way the iron ons are gone, so less worries, never had an issue with either that way, but i will say the latest adidas ones feel as flimsy as fanatics despite better materials

I wish some CZcamsrs would bring to light how annoying the laces are on the primegreen jerseys! They’ve stitched them down in multiple places so you can’t adjust, pull them out, rearrange, etc. it’s a major flaw, even when you watch games, you can see so many fans in their jerseys and their laces look like creepy italian mustaches! They can’t even just lay flat, and down. 🤦🏻♂️ Not stoked on Fanatics taking over but if they can at least fix that, that’d be clutch.

I actually prefer fanatics to wear over adidas. Fanatics feels lighter and it’s softer compared to adidas.
