The sensors are a lot better, especially the HR which now competes with the apple watches. Also it has a SKIN temperature sensor but I wouldn't upgrade just for that. Also keep in mind that the comparison is really inaccurate and it would not be a good idea to make a purchasing decision just based on that video.
