Looking for specific parts is a crazy grind, man. I once spent more than 200 hours over a period of *THREE MONTHS* farming a perfect Clairvoyance masher. And some people will still say legendaries are too easy to get.
Thats why I don't understand why people complain about raining legendaries. Almost every legendary grind is its own 94% sham farm, so having more chances is better.
I've been trying to get an Ice Breaker Victory Rush that has bonus cryo damage and efficiency and some other third bonus for about 4 months now. Azalea dropping nothing but Fl4k class mods.
Legendaries are way too easy to get, that's a fact, there's no discussion to it, the problem is that they suck... people say "not every legendary needs to be good" and I always ask "why?" why do you think that? It would be a lot cooler if all legendaries were good... ~also part system on BL3 is a mess...
The anarchy also has gaige's "close enough" skill. Get it to ten stacks, go to the slaughter shaft, fire wildly at the ground, and things will just drop dead and explode all around you 😄 My preference is one that doesn't have a "shoot me" reload module, cuz those make it about a gorillion times more likely you blow yourself up on the bridge in the maliwan takedown right after killing all the mobs and have to redo the whole section over again, not that that's happened to me dozens of times or anything.

I think that something many people don’t take into consideration when it comes to them complaining about Legendaries dropping: A LOT of people don’t even go for perfect parts, and people are often farming NAMED ENEMIES. Named enemies, may they be the random spawns in the game or full on bosses, have been tuned to be much more rewarding than in past games. Additionally, we see these MASSIVE number of drops from very specific enemies in DLCs, where in addition to having a dedicated drop, they have an increased chance to drop that DLC’s Legendaries. The primary chose of farm for the Anarchy is one example of this, plus K6 is in fact using an item that is meant to MASSIVELY boost drops.
in BL3 theres no point farming for perfect parts cause a single weapon can have like 13-15 parts max, in bl2 guns only have like 4 parts or smth, plus I dont even think you get an overabundance of legendaries in bl3 cause Ive been farming a hellwalker for like 2-3 and still havent gotten a single one...
And that is exactly another thing to take into consideration. Outside of super specific DLC farms, getting specific stuff still has difficulty! Going for Hellwalker? Roaddog has an additional two items he can drop, and each is 10%, I think? And what about the Lucky 7? Farming for it outside of Scraptrap Prime is actually super iffy, and even farming that source isn’t lightning fast

Yeah this was a short stint in farming hell. I just finished farming a x18 cryo anarchy and I was done killing that kukuwhatever you call it for a while. Tried it with my Fl4K in the cartel quest and it was great at killing everything except for Joey. Ran outta shotgun ammo and had to go back to my Jakobs setup to finish. The reloads dropped me more times than I could count.
Could you imagine a parts re-roll vendor? Kinda like crazy earl…..or many a choose your parts vendor…..and to make it fair you have to use keys……or grind the parts off an existing gun or gear piece.

I got a x18 pellet Radioactive Anarchy that I put the Consecutive Hits anointment on and it's probably my main shotgun on my Nuclear Armageddon Moze build. Seriously this thing is amazing

I remember getting a cutpurse launch pad at that exact area. It was the only one I ever got but then the next day my ps4 got messed up and erased my data for all my games. That was emotional damage
I have the god roll anarchy in cryo. Lvl 72 mayhem 10. Its a perfect one. I cant remember if i got it from loot room or as a world drop in the dlc. I think it was from the loot room though. Damn near shed a tear when i seen it though.
I'm currently looking for a perfect (God Roll) Plasma Coil. And lately I've had some silly drops in Arms Race. For example I did not get one from the chests that have the highest chance for the Plasma Coil, and while making my way to a vending machine a psycho pooted one out after I killed it. 😬 I've gotten a 250% Phasecast Tizzy from a Wolfhound. I also use Lootlemon for everything on BL3 lol, and I had no idea the Anarchy went to x20. 😂
I love bl2 and bl3 but i tend to play bl2 more because of the load times on console but i love how all the action skills on bl3 can actually do damage in endgame

The bouncy one kills you tho cuz it doesnt go very far right after throwing it so if you're just shooting away and you accidently hit it, its still gonna be in range of killing you. Bouncy has killed me so many Goddamn times lol

Am I the only one who likes the Insider? It's not as good as the big boy shotguns but it does a fairly good job mobbing for me.... I think that's why I like Borderlands 3 more than Wonderlands, at least right now. The variety of weapons you can use that fit what you like to do is so big...

This was just as true for BL2 and even Wonderlands as shallow as its endgame currently is. Now I think the biggest problem I currently face is that I have yet to see a LV72 build that doesn't use the DLC 5 skill tree. And AFAIK you absolutely need DLC 5 to use the 4th tree AT ALL!

Seem's like no matter what Borderlands game it is, i've always had stupid luck i remember when the Free Radical was added my first kill was a God roll with Consecutive hits on my Moze, even with the flippers when it was added nothing but God rolls never really understood it either only thing i've never been able to drop and roll was a Bl2 Cobra

Okay. So. Idea. If you still have any plans for more BL2, I have an idea. Take any OP10 character, pick four items to keep, sacrifice everything else and replay UVHM and the OP levels. Sounds like it'd be both fun and agonizing. Either way, glad you're still deep in the borderlands.
I have absolutely ZERO desire to return to previous Borderlands games. Sorry. BL2 is great on Normal and TVHM but after that I just can’t stand it any more

I started rare gear farming recently I began with the vindicater ghast call and after 50 kills on captain haunt he dropped one i almost woke the kids up
Bl4 a weapon tinkered character on sanctuary for 1000 eridium can change one weapon part. So you can get a perfect roll but is still not cheap. And most importantly if you want you can still farm for it

This may be a long shot, but how are you doing so much damage? I farmed for a good lightshow for hours, got a 24k x4 non elemental eventually and it's SUPER underwhelming. I'm M10 at level 71 and I haven't found a single gun on this character that can match the damage of the Crit.
Don’t play on M10 for starters. Mayhem 11 is identical to Mayhem 10 (even drops and money etc… they never actually reduced them). Build and gear synergy. Triggering my anointments with my action skill. See my builds video playlist to see everything about my builds

Yeah except for casual players that actually keeps them engaged. For hardcore players they should know the good loot IS a grind

I have 3 and I really only find them useful on turret flak, all other builds you find enough ammo from enemy drops that you dont run out

Road Dog has a 30% chance to drop ONE of THREE drops, making each drop a 10% chance

TIL that the shlooter works for DLC loot. I was under the impression it only affected base game drops but this is even better.
DLC named enemies can drop almost all dlc 2 drops.

I'd say the best reload is bouncy, at max anarchy you get crazy big explosions if you hit it while it's bouncing

This may be a long shot, but how are you doing so much damage? I farmed for a good lightshow for hours, got a 24k x4 non elemental eventually and it's SUPER underwhelming. I'm M10 at level 71 and I haven't found a single gun on this character that can match the damage of the Crit.
Don’t play on M10 for starters. Mayhem 11 is identical to Mayhem 10 (even drops and money etc… they never actually reduced them). Build and gear synergy. Triggering my anointments with my action skill. See my builds video playlist to see everything about my builds

You mean for ammo consumption? I think it’s x2 ammo for the x13 projectiles and above. Could be wrong
