INGREDIENTS (serves 4 people) :-
Toor Dal - 3/4th cup
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Tamarind - lemon size
Chana dal - 1tbsp
Dhania - 2 tbsp
Red chillies - 4 to 5
Coconut (grated) - 1 cup
Small onion (Shallots) - 1 cup
All In All podi - 1 tbsp
Sesame oil - 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Hing - small size
Methi seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies - 4
Tomato - 1 chopped
Curry leaves - 1 strip
Coriander leaves - 1 strip
Salt - to taste

OMGGGGG What can I sayy...I always try to get perfect recipes.i have been trying to make perfect Marriage style sambar ( arachivita sambar) , but it will become spicy or texture will be ruined.Now I tried your exact recipe which is very simple and tasted like Hotel sambar..Thank you Shantha paati for the authentic sambar recipe..Keep inspiring us with ur excellent videos.I bet that you are one of few channels giving us exact recipes without any makeover!!!
