I remember my childhood days... our maid granny cooks such a related type of sambar and I used to fill my tummy on those days with this sumptuous food.
She is no more now.

I tired and it’s a huge hit. I make different variety of sambhars but this one I can’t get over it myself. The color the flavor it’s out of the world. My kids said yummy and literally drank the sambhar. I did tell them it’s from the cooku with comali chef’s recipe. Thanks a lot!!!

This was amazing recipe. I tried this and it was very tasty, really tasted like Kalayana samayal sambhar. Did it with carrot and vendakai. You explain it very well. Can't imagine I could do something like this ever. But your step by step guide made it happen.

Supr sir... I did masal Vadai moor kolambu.. Came out well.. Sir now requesting for salem style mangai kari (what Aswin presented in Cwc) .
But usually in salem we wont mangai kari. Manho is famous for salem so used the salem mangai kari. Delta side they add mango in sambar and fish curry etc
