Mourinho has a record of Most league goals scored in a season: 121, Real Madrid (2011-12). Its sad that only high press is considered good football nowadays. Think good defensive performance also has its own auora if done properly like Chelsea league record of only conceding 15 goals its amazing in its own way. Mourinho is perfect fit for PSG tbh
One season doesn’t make Mourinho an attacking manager. It says more about that RMA side and the quality of the other sides in La Liga at the time than it does Mourinho.

I live in Paris and the tourist culture at PSG is definitely visible, especially in the ticket prices and the amount of Real Madrid fans I've seen and met. If you want to go watch a game with a friend, the price per ticket is more than if you were to go alone. It's so against the values of football imo. There's so much potential in this city, really would love to see them develop the exclusive Parisian team that you mentioned.

The simple solution to all of PSG striker problems is Lukaku and Thuaram (on a free) both old enough to technically not hinder Ekitike's path into the team for too long

Højlund is a really good presser which is what PSG need
@@AntonJacobsen I personally don’t watch much of him so you can correct me but by the stats it says he has a high work rate but is an ok presser. I think Lukaku is a good presser and overall the much better player obviously older but I’d rather the known quantity

i think so many top clubs are sleeping on barella. i think he would be a fantastic fit for PSG especially if skriniar off to PSG too as barella already links up very well with skriniar at inter. you could get him for probably 30-40mil, he's such an engine and an underrated passer too, also played with verratti previously with italy too. PSG also need some more creativitiy in midfield too with pressing ability and i think a 40-50mil for maddison would be great shout

I think Lautaro Martinez is a no brainer as a shout at ST for PSG, probably wouldn’t cost a crazy amount with inter being poverty stricken as well.

PSG should focus on someone to just link play and defensive work rate. Ideally Giroud from 10 years ago I put forth Ludovic Ajorqure from Mainz he’s 29 a big boy that works hard and is French it’s not flashy and it’s cheap so it allows you to take a gamble or play ekitike
See if you sell mbappe, there’s more replacement like players out there to sort out PSG, like get leao for €120 mil and then you’ve got €60 mil for cancels and then a defender for €70 mil Laporte to partner Marquinhos and then that’s a much more well balanced team to let mbappe go!
Leao signed a new deal with a €175 m release clause ( I know he was just an example) but there are many other decent options
I agree with you but leao is bit expensive due to his contract extension but I’ll rather sign kolo muani and Vlahovic.
I know Bernardo wants to leave and wants to go to Barca but I think reconnecting the Monaco teammates would be interesting, aggression physical presence and bringing trophy pedigree with him (treble assuming).

Mourinho is a great shout. Spalleti is known for not being able to handle egos and bottled an easy run in Europe. Arteta has had one good season where he bottled every competition he was in. I don’t think PSG would want either

Realistically Spaletti won't leave. I think it has to be Enquire. Enquire will be the only one who will convince Messi to stay. And Enrique with Messi Mbappe Neymar is similar to MSN. This could lead them to glory next year. Even if Messi leaves Enrique could build a squad who plays good football and he a natural winner which PSG need. PSG can't full reset and Enquire is a good middle ground

Also as a Liverpool fan (I don't want to lose him) I'd say Diogo Jota if they don't get Osimhen. Would be great linking up as a CF with Mbappe on the left. Sensational drive and poaching ability, and experience. Choosing between him and Ekitike would be nice options in the 9.

Definilty need to keep 1 of the front 3 if a Champions League trophy and consistency in th CL is the goal. With Messis age and Neymars injuries the obvious choice is mbappe.
That said a LOT of cleaning up to be done with the current relatively middling talent in the squad.
Kimpembe and Ramos should be on the road as soon as possible with Skriniar, Batshiabu and Mukiele replacing them internally while maybe having a look at Milans Tomori, Napoli Kim or, If you want to go big, Saliba over the next few seasons.
Soler and Sanches is definitely sells no matter the offer. The sale of Veratti needs the right price while Ruiz and Pereira should stay considering they versatility.
One or two of Kephren Thuram, Caicedo or Luis would start to make up a defensively sound midfield. Maybe taking a look at Kovacic and Partey as a more proven addition.
The forward line needs, besides Mbappe, to be willing to do the defensive work necessary to survive the hard fought games on The CL, league and Cup.
I would really look into what it takes to get Martinelli out of the Arsenal squad within 2-3 seasons and look to bring back Simons or Diaby.

Release clauses is not in any way or form the value of the players. They usually are crazy high in order to give the club leverage to negotioate with the richest clubs, and also to show that the club isn't interested in selling. But often the deals are made by a lower transfering fee than teh release clause, 1st because the player often wants to leave for a better contract, but also the clubs might need the sell due to the clubs financial health and also to financiate investments as well. So making tranfer decisions based on the release clauses is not very good aproach, in my opinion.
A team that spends 500m every season still needs to be fixed. Wow

If PSG actually stuck with Galtier & Campos & let them build a functional team, with Mbappe as the only main star, they'd be far more likely to win the Champions League in the next 2-3 years.

Not really sure psg need “fixing” because that would imply something is broken , but In reality the foundations they had build under tuchel have been broken for a while and ,the club have made it clear what the transfer strategy is going forward for their “rebuild”
And the case of Florentino Luis (SL Benfica) and Xavi Simmons (PSV) they had a good season in Portugal and Netherlands, but these are weaker championships, mainly in the Eredevise case. At the top end, the quality of Portuguese and French league are at similar level (maybe in ligue 1 there is more competitiveness from the last to the 2nd) but PSG objective is Champions League. O would say both lorentino Luis and Xavi Simmons woud fit as squad players, but they won't be key. Again, just my opinion that could be totally wrong...
People are really underrating the eredivisie. The league is on par with (if not better than) the Portugese league.
@@wouter01 Don't really agree with that. For example 2 Portuguese teams reached the second stage of champions eliminating teams like Atlético Madrid, Bayer Leverkusen, and Juventus. But even if Eredevise is better than Portuguese league, they both are weaker leagues, when compared to the objective to win Champions. Two recent examples: Renato Sanches and Donny van Der Beek, both wonder boys in respective leagues, both are being disappointing after leaving Benfica and Ajax.
