Big fan from Egypt have same color but sl500. ...I have issue with suspension I convert it to coil over but no sway bar infront causing car to be little loose on high speed any suggestions..thank you in advance

Beautifully done. As an owner of a 2003 SL500 I love the R230 shape and think it is by far the best looking SL, but what you’ve done has definitely enhanced the look and most definitely the sound and performance 👍

Another masterpiece Brian, love the unique color and what you've done to this particular car's exhaust tone. Definite improvement to my MBH LT header setup on my 2008, probably the result of the custom work you've done downstream of the cats.
Curious if you data log IAT's, and if so, how much do they rise during a hard pull to say 140mph? I'm seeing a 60+ degrees rise above ambient which of course causes me to lose timing due to MB coding.
I appreciate the good words William! This exhaust system is definitely my favorite thus far. It has a really a balanced higher pitched sound without any rasp. I see somewhere in the range of a 30-40 degree rise on a pull that long.

awsome car i guess its safe to say those surge tanks made some extra power, i know i had e55s on my dyno with 77mm pulley 82tb top out 535hp. I like that combo i might have to step up my 500hp stock pulley car.

See our builds are similar. I also have the vertini wheels, similar engine upgrades but yours are much more thorough. Would love to get your cooling system and exhaust setup on mine!

How did you install/connect the Bluetooth unit in the glove compartment to the stock stereo? I once saw on your channel a 2005 SL65 with the same Bluetooth unit as well. I'm extremely curious...
Power for the unit has to be hardwired and then you can use an aux cable to the factory jack (2003-2004) 👍 In the 05+ cars, the aux jack was removed and you need to add in another gateway that replaces the CD changer to gain aux capability.
Got the video of you swapping the battery for a supercharger coolant. Id like to do the same.

So well done and so tastefully done, no bean machine here, but instead of that wifi streaming thing, I would have put a Kenwood eXcelon DMX 907S double din deck with the 3D Garmin Nav with Apple Car Play and Android Auto, multiple camera jacks for front and rear view cams. They make clean install kits for the R230s with the module to make all the wheel buttons talk to it as well.. Yes, the deck is $900, but worth EVERY PENNY and would bring that interior up to 2022 standards. That Mercedes Nav and system was a dinosaur back in 2003 and was never worthy of that Black Forest Beauty

the m113k was/is a bullet proof design only Mercedes would have a 493hp motor and 65 twin turbo 12 cylinder motor at the same time. I have a m156 which was produced after this motor but I many ways I wish I had the 113k for one it was easier to make more hp. beautiful build and if you love read this car is the car for you

i have an sl65 with 255/25/20 and 305/25/20 and keep bending through sets will i be able to fit 255/35/20 front and 305/35/20 rear
255/35/20 & 295/30/20 is the combo of choice.
How do you get the headlight lenses soo clean and clear? Are they new or just wet sand and clear coat??
These lenses on these low mileage cars are usually still in great shape only requiring some light polish. I had have to wet sand and clear only a few sets that were beyond trying to save. Unfortunately the lenses aren't sold separately from the entire headlight assembly.

Thanks Harry! To my knowledge, Magma Red was only offered in 2003 before switching to Mars Red in 04. Unfortunately do not have any info on production numbers though.
