- Being a Canadian, I haven't had the opportunity of trying any American fast food spots. With that said, in today's vlog, I decided to go out and try different fast food restaurants I've never been too before to see what I thought and if I wish they would come to Canada! The places we visited were:

I know In & Out isnât the best burger place but I will always continue to support them because of their ability to keep prices low without sacrificing their quality of ingredients and how well they treat their employees with pay and benefits.
In & Out isn't exactly cheap but I can see how in California it would be looked at that way. Yes though! They treat their employees better!

will is so wrong about In n out, and I'm not even from California, I've had plenty of fast food over the years and the bun, the meat, the cheese, the sauce and the lettuce+tomatoes from In n out does not even compare with other fast food. Like I can eat a burger from in n out, and I won't feel like complete crap after, I eat any other fast food, and I just feel lethargic. In n out is fast food, but it is definitely not as low quality as other fast food places, I completely see the hype around why people from the west coast like it so much
As someone growing up eating at Sonic regularlyâŠand am now on a personal health journeyâŠI can confirm that there is almost nothing on the menu that is worth the massive calorie count.
The pretzel is pretty bomb though (I just take out some of the salt and don't eat the cheese)

Im a New Yorker and when I went to LA i was so excited for IN N OUT but agreed with Will 100%. The burger is average and the fries suck. Shake Shack is 1 billion times better

Maybe McDonald's on the west coast are just bad because it really does taste like McDonald's on the east coast
For in'n out, i always do my burger animal style as well and i love how fresh the lettuce and tomato all seem to be on their burgers. That coupled with the relatively cheap price and crazy speed i think is part of what puts them on top for me.
I do agree they are a liiiittle overhyped, but still very good and i love having them around

The first time I tried In n out, I ordered the normal cheese burger. It turned out pretty normal, not impressed. But after I found out the 2*2 or 3*3 animal style, it's totally a game changer. You definitely need to try 2*2 or 3*3 animal style. Flavorful !!!

It's the simplicity but variety at in n out that makes the place so banger. You could just order one of their three menu items and be set if you're new but you can also order a 4x4 onions grilled with animal fries and a swirl shake if you know what you want. And they never mess up. Hits like chick fil a with the service.
Kofiâs edits are on point. he needs to do more. It was also in my opinion amazing angles and shots that really are interesting A+
As a Canadian who went trucking with my dad as a child I have to say almost everything tasted better in America. I loved getting sausage n egg on a biscuit at truck stops omg compared to Tim Hortons they were AMAZING (I was very obese as a child) đ

@@masonadams6261 well... not really, they still manage to get all the calories in fast food. Generally people who eat the fast food regularly are still unhealthy, they also have like 4 times the population. Funny enough Australia is the least healthy/fattest population on average.

I actually find American food to be healthier overall and tastes much better, not because of butter or extra calories but because people who cook here are way better and thereâs more food culture so food is always fresher. Americans are actually more healthy as we have fitness lifestyles and diet culture is huge

There are a number of Panda Express locations that can be found in the Edmonton area up here in Alberta and I agree, balance is key when it comes to having their orange chicken or other good dishes.

In n out being overhyped as your opinion is fine, but those fries do not taste like McDonaldâs fries. Not at all.
Yeah plus a regular cheese burger, fries and and an unsweetened ice is only 850 calories from In N Out. That isn't bad. Of course, I don't always go with that and do a double double, animal fries and a vanilla shake.
@@phillipconnolly5020 best option in my opinion. Plus, a double double meal is about 10 bucks maybe even a few cents less. Not about 15 like McDonaldâs with inferior quality.

FYI, everything at In N Out is fresh. Youâll notice that the actually cut the potatoes for the fries there, they donât come in frozen bags. None of there ingredients come in frozen.

Panda Express is in Canada! There's one at Heartland Town Centre in Mississauga and another in downtown Toronto.
I love In N Out for its simplicity. It tastes fresher than the other fast food joints where Iâm from. Itâs incredibly simple so when Iâm in the mood and I can get it, it satisfies me unlike any other fast food place.

The key to in-n-out is learning what adaptations you can do to the burger. My personal favorite is a plain 3x3 (3 meat, 3 cheese) with grilled onions, ketchup, and mustard. My go-to (and favorite) cheat. It's all about finding your favorite order and you'll become a fan.

If you come across a Culverâs if you make it to a Midwestern state, definitely give it a try! Definitely recommend the cheese curds, concrete mixers, and butter burgers, but have to say the grilled chicken sandwich is my favorite.
And the onion rings are great!
Culver's is amazing. We started getting them in the south (GA&FL) in the last 5 years. I call them the "Chick-fil-A of Cheeseburgers" and they live up to it everytime.
CO has some Culver's. cheese curds are great

Okay so what you're gonna wanna do. Get a pub burger but sub grld chx on it. Then get it in a basket. For the drink get a cooler made with fruit punch or mt dew. They take the syrup and put it in with the lemon ice.

Ive only been to America and I'n Out once and I really loved it. My fries looked totally different and my burger was fresh af
In n out is very simple, but the consistent fresh ingredients⊠juicy/hot burger off the grill, melted cheese and crisp lettuce are what makes it great. McDonaldâs/Wendyâs/BK donât really compare when it comes to the freshness .. at those places, more often than not you get some dried out piece of meat-product and soggy lettuce.
