  • The Windows XP recovery console is used to diagnose issues when it comes to starting Windows XP. But it turns out there's actually a hidden startup animation that is disabled by default.

      Not MS-DOS. It's just a Command Line That uses The Recovery Console. You probably notice the Recovery Console when Installing Windows xp on a Brand New PC. By the way This Change Back in The Longhorn Days Where the Pre-installation Environment is Now here. I remember the Pre-installation Environment Back when i was Installing Windows 7 Until The Latest Windows 11

    How did you get the recovery console on the boot menu and with Windows logo? I remember that is only boot from CD and Press "R".

    • @L30NBL4NK
      @L30NBL4NK Před 2 lety +2

      You have to install the Recovery console to the hard drive, and then modify the BOOT.INI file to remove the /NOGUIBOOT flag from the Windows XP Recovery Console entry. This might be a bit tricky, but works.
