The new Corsair Dark Core RGB Pro boasts a number of changes. Some of these are cosmetic. For example it has a different side button layout and different mouse wheel texture. It also has MORE RGB than the last model, a touch more DPI but less buttons. It also has USB-C instead of Micro USB.
It's worth noting that this video is comparing the SE version with the new standard version (because they didn't send me the SE) but you still can get a wireless charging model too!

Thank you for the video, I was getting confused why some videos showed the sniper button and others didn't. Turns out it's 2 different mice 😅
Man, coming from the M65, I really wish they would've just cut the chord and made it wireless, I really liked the original sniper button.

I just got the Dark Core pro a week ago. I'm new to the gaming mouse and keyboard world so I was pretty Shocked when the mouse died after a day or two. I've been used to Logitech productivity mice that use 2 AA batteries and last for over a year with pretty heavy use. But I can't complain about the way this mouse fits in my hand. It is phenomenal.

50 hours without the rgb. with the rgb it says 18 but im sure its less! i ahve the dark core se and it usually dies after 13-13:30 hours with rgb... i was considering buying the dark core pro se but alas i dont think the small differences between those 2 arent worth it!

2 days ago my almost 4 years old Dark Core SE died of old age. I send it to store where I bought because I got extended warranty there. They said this mice is no longer avalaible so they can give me refund. 7th April 2020 (one and half year ago from now) this mice had refresh design and producer launched hers newer version called PRO. Well... I will not lie about my hidden desire to buy this newer version ^_^ Now I have good reason to buy Dark Core RGB Pro SE (also extended warranty).
P.S. Thx for comparison. It helped me to understand differences between them. Left a like button! Cheers!

It's not worn out, it's surface is much smoother. The mouse wheel on the old one is horrible imo. It takes way too much pressure to press and scrolling is very rigid and clicky. The new one is much smoother and the button depresses effortlessly. This made the old design a big no-go for me. I use my mouse wheel button constantly.

The old version was muuuuuch more stable.
