Bro Oscar and b hop told him to not take the fight with the rehydration clause. These guys know boxing. They were pissed about it cuz they didn’t want to see Ryan lose let alone get embarrassed. They likely told him do not agree to this or we ain’t gonna support you and guaranteed Ryan was like it’s all good no offence taken you don’t have to. That rehydration clause ruined him. He had no energy power will nothing. Oscar and hop knew this all along.

I wasn't gonna watch the fight if Haney wouldn't at least vacate the belt if he loss. Now that it's over, they let Devin Keep the belt and changed the rule. And I agree they should’ve been there with Ryan when he lost but I think it was more of their dislike for Mayweather and Leonard Ellibe. They probably didn’t want to deal with all the trash talk. And yes a rehydrated would’ve done better with tank and I think Ryan could beat him if he trained hard for it and used his jab more and side to side more with more feinting.
