I have a 2001nqr and steer is really tight will this help or is it the pump ?
Its going to be the pump
You need to grease the king pins. There should be a grease zerk fitting top and bottom. If it hasnt been done in a while it may be hard to get grease moving.
What happens if there is backflow and when I drive the fluid leaks out

One of the line is sucking in air thats why. Check to make sure there is no leaks
Why does the cap and the fluid he uses, say transmission fluid
Because power steering fluid and ATF, it’s basically same thing.
That “subframe” is your front axle… 🤔
