For those who never try Jellyfish. It is completely tasteless. It is the crispy and chewy texture that makes it good. It is all about the seasoning.
The Chinese way to make it is, soak it in cold water for a day, use 80C water to cook it for 15-30 sec, cut to thin piece and season with salt, green onion, sesame oil, a little white pepper and muster if you like it hot.
Zero nutritional value and it doesn’t taste like anything. A delicacy, indeed.

Yeah, I tried it once just to say I did, and I never knew anything could be crunchy and chewy at the same time. I personally found it not pleasant.

Your videos are so good and excellent, all the issues on the subjects are very lovely, very lovely, explain and presented, but you have a very, very big problem, would you keep the printed explanation, you don’t really give it enough time for proper reading, specially when it is a long line, or there is multiple of different information on the screen, or there is numbers and statistics that somebody needs to think of, in the same time, you have a plenty of time to keep that typing because there is multiple of long shots without even any typing, so please give it enough time
