- Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share these new after school snack ideas with you! I have 9 healthy snack recipes to share and they are all great, aside from the pretzles that didn't come out as planned - but still edible so I call that a win especially for gluten free pretzles! haha My favorite to make was the fruit salsa and the star crunch dupe! That was my all-time favorite treat growing up in my lunch box! The apple nachos are another fan favorite when I posted it on my Instagram, that one is definitely something super easy that you can whip together in a pinch and it is definitely eye-pleasing and impressive! I hope you got some meal prep / after school snack motivation from this!

Omg the babies comment “smells like Christmas in here?!” really got me! Love this video and ideas! My son is 3 and HATES VEGGIES. he’s the pickiest eater. He wasn’t as a baby though, he would eat ANYTHING! I think I’ll try the chicken and sweet potato nuggets soon!

Kim, when flax has been grounded , the natural oils are naturally sensitive so if its not refrigerated or stored in freezer meaning if left out at room temp, the flax oil become damaged and rancid and this loses its purpose of consuming flax. So store them in the freezer or fridge and it preserves its nutrients and oil, trust me i do that and it still stays ground and flax it wont freeze

Oh my word! The intro rap. I love it!!! AIP = Autoimmune protocol. It’s a diet for those of us lucky enough with autoimmune disorders. Mainly it eliminates inflammatory foods. Which guess what???? Is EVERYTHING delicious lol NEVER second guess dance breaks! They are everything.
