Hi Rosa. I made this album exactly to your measurements and the far right flip would not fold down flat with the little waterfall on it. I had to tear it out and keep it just plain. It needed a 1/4” gusset. Just thought you might want to know. It turned out beautiful. I used a different paper stack. But it’s beautiful. I made it for my granddaughter but I don’t think I can let it go! Ugh. It’s so pretty. I wish I knew how to post pics or videos and I would show you. I am 74 and technologie challenged lol. I am falling in love with folios. I have learned by sad experience to make a 1/4” gusset on magnetized tabs as when the waterfall gets filled with pics the magnets shift and they won’t hold. I’m learning what I have to do to make things work. Thank you for your beautiful work and for sharing with us so freely. You are a saint.

Hi Rosa! I forgot to comment before, that I followed this tutorial this time last year. I made it into a beautiful folio using Graphic 45's Princess Collection, for my eldest daughter's 21st birthday (she has always been a princess 😉)! It turned out really well, and was a very easy tutorial to follow. I came back to this video today because I wanted to check how you made the deep pocket. My eldest daughter, Emily, will be 22 on the 25th August, but this year she's getting a pair of Birkenstocks'! I have just found your tutorial today and so grateful. The instructions were clear and not rushed. I have never made an album before but you have inspired me to give it a go. Just one question, what weight in GSM is your card and paper stock so that I can get started. Many thanks x

Which size of magnets is the best? 5, 6, 8,10 mm x 0.75cm? I want to start very fast. I haven' t worked with albums for a longer time. I already tried different sizes, but did not understand how strong the have to be. It depence also of the thickness of the paper I use.

Ok. I’m completely in awe! I have been watching a lot of tutorials. One person said to use nothing hire the 65lb cardstock because it will crack. I see you use 80lb cardstock. Which is better or can you use either one?

Hi, in her final walk through of this folio she said everything is 100# except the pages for the waterfalls. They are 65#. Hope this helps 😉.
