Strangest thing about this is Mr. Mcmahon wasn't a character, It was actually him, He really was that depraved and perverted
he was probably playing his genuine self and showcasing it as some type of joke
Masons hiding in plain sight
lol yeah Vince McMahon is one sick mf on screen and off screen
Throughout the 80s to mid 90s he tried portraying himself as straight laced and almost overly professional. He took on the heelish “Mr. McMahon” persona after he already had a plethora of criminal allegations against him. It was as if he thought “People are already seeing the man behind the curtain, I may as well just tear the curtain down”.
He actually told us to our faces what he was.. We all ignore it thinking it was all entertainment..
Rest in Peace to Ashley Massaro. Her Story is so tragic.
RIP to Ashley Massaro fr.
And Chyna 😢😢
I wonder if vince may be able to be tried criminally for contributing to her suicide.
I'm not a simp or anything like that but I hope Ashley gets some sort of justice from Vince and his sick crew getting exposed. May she rest peacefully. I was a big fan of her
@@TheRealMrAndrewUnfortunately, probably not. The only thing I can think of, is if her family file suit, then drop it, just to put her story out there. But, her family would probably not want to use her name like that. Personally, I would but in anger. When Cooler heads prevail, it doesn't feel right. Trust me, Vince is gonna pay
My favorite part about this is everyone turning on each other and saying they knew all along but didn't say anything
Lol yeah theyre all going down for sure. I'm scared Triple H is involved cause then he might have to step down from head of creative which would suck cause he's done such a great job.
@@AgeOfWrestling true man true but let’s wait and see before we say anything I pray he’s not involved but it is triple H
@@AgeOfWrestling that's my biggest worry
@@AgeOfWrestling All this outrage is a bit much for an extramarital affair isn't it? I mean it is extremely unethical to cheat on your spouse but that's an issue between Vince and Linda, nobody else
Meanwhile Jesse Ventura is somewhere shouting: It was Me McMahon it was me all along, I met with the dictator of the world and he lacked a beard!
Justice for all of Vincent's victims. I really hope Rita Chatterton gets justice because she's been talking about her grape since 1996 and hasn't changed her story. What happened to Ashley Massaro as well was sickening, and Vince just burshed it off for his own selfish reasons. Now she's gone, having her grape heavy in her heart and mind. Vincent Kennedy McMahon is absolutely disgraceful and deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison.
Vince really has a whole iceberg dedicated to him 😭😭😭
*A incomplete iceberg
@@lukecockburn1140yeah right that’s only the surface still 💀
Vince McMahon wasn’t a character that was the real him
Yeah, hindsight in this case is a curse. Cause all the nasty things he did to other people on screen were not just a character, it was just him.
Mr Not Vince,
it’s crazy to me the entire ppv from the owen tragedy is still on peacock.
it still happened no need to erase history
Yeah tbh that PPV should have stopped when Owen passed.
It's there but references to Owen are gone.
@@JMFabiano Have the Over the Edge PPV from '99 on VHS (cap from live event). No footage of Owen's fall was shown but King & J.R did address
the incident on the announce table. Did WWE remove this from the version they have streaming?
You can't be serious....
Ethics and Vince McMahon don’t mix with each other
Thats true, Vince has a track record of being unethical
The Owen Hart story gets a lot worse. Owen didn't want to do the stunt, but he'd already rejected 2 story lines which would have made him and his family very uncomfortable and felt that he needed to do what he was told this time. They'd done the stunt several times before, but Vince wasn't happy with how long it took for Owen to unclip himself from the harness and so he went with one that was easier to release. As a result, the buckle failed and dropped Owen way too early.
The whole tragedy could’ve been prevented. Apparently, Owen had previously been using a similar rig that Sting used in WCW to repel from the rafters but as you said, McMahon didn’t like how long it took for Owen to unclip himself from the harness. So they hired a guy named Bobby Talbert, a rigger who lied about his credentials by saying he worked in Hollywood assisting with various stunts and had even worked with Sting in WCW. None of that was true. Talbert suggested using a quick release snap shackle, a much more flimsy piece of equipment, and when word got back to the original stunt coordinator that a quick release shackle was being used for Owen’s entrance, the coordinator was so aghast that he offered to lower his pay rate and pleaded for the stunt to be cancelled, which unfortunately fell on deaf ears. It seemed like McMahon (and to an extent Vince Russo) had a number of sources around him that were dropping strong hints about not doing such a dangerous stunt, but Vince ignored them because in his mind, he thought a silly comedic spot and a cheap pop from the crowd was worth risking the life of another human being.
Rip @@kellijones6481
It was murder, don't be fooled. And Owen wasn't the only one.
@@MoralMonster Fr
I’m sure you’ve seen the Dark Side of the Ring episode but Martha Hart showed the actual clip that held Owen, only six pounds of pressure that held him, it’s horrible to hear
When head shitting is covered in the very beginning, the rest is not gonna be good.
Any Vince McMahon story will be left unfinished.
Sadly true, because of all the NDA's he made people sign.
@@AgeOfWrestling you do know that those NDAs show proof why Vince is really innocent like why did it take miss grant so years to come out and say something it’s because she stopped getting money and when she stopped getting money from Vince that’s when she finally wanted to come out and say something
@@trewilliams8411That still puts Vince in the wrong though. They agreed she’d be payed and she wasn’t. She has every right put him on blast because he didn’t hold up his end of the bargain. If he didn’t want to be pubicly exposed, he should have payed her what they already agreed to.
I have zero sympathy for a wealthy dude whose downfall was his own doing, due to his own greed and perversions🤷🏿♂️
@trewilliams8411 Once an NDA involves criminal acts, those NDAs become null and void. According to the 2022 lawsuit, he and Johnny Ace did things against her will, which is grape, and that is a criminal act so whatever she signed has no merit. NDAs are to protect Vincent's disgusting acts, but not the criminal acts that he has (allegedly for legal purposes) done. That only proves Vince is sneaky, not innocent.
@@DevareayWilliamsshe was threatening to break it unless she got more money. She is the real blackmailer
Vince's Faustian deal with Satan is just about over..

What are you talking about
I feel this is way deeper than we think 😭
You’re gonna have to revisit this one in a year.
Or , revisit it once a year...every year.....until Vince has gone.
I love these Icebergs so much man. Awesome video.
Thank you so much for watching!
Knowing all the despicable things that Vince has done, it's shocking that he's lasted this long in the wrestling business.
He essentially was the wrestling business, most likely by design to run roughshod like this without consequence.
Yeah it's crazy the longevity of his career. But i must say, making people sign NDA's goes a long way
It was never a nice person business, so....
@@JMFabianoThere is a big difference between Vince “not being nice” and Vince being a truly disgusting human being with a long history of disturbing behavior
He lasted this long because he essentially had a monopoly over the wrestling industry. For the longest time his promotion was the only big time promotion in the industry, so he never had to worry about crossing lines unless it put his tv deals into jeopardy. When you own the biggest wrestling company, making millions and millions of dollars with no real competition, the only concern is what the tv companies will let you get away with
Crazy thing, he presented his actual self, toned down even, as a character… that’s called hiding in plain sight….
Vince McMahon is not seeing Heaven LMAOOO
Thats true 😂
He owns hell
Some would say he has no chance in hell of seeing the gates
No chance in Hell 😂😂
He is 33 degree knight so he worship Satan no heaven for him.
“Getting cancelled” idk I don’t think we should use that phrase when someone is accused of a crime. I know it’s been so normalized but hearing that phrase after all the awful details, it somewhat makes it seem like a downplay of the whole accusation. no hate, this is just a small critique. Your videos are great lol
It’s strange you don’t realize how depraved and fucked up the storylines were of the attitude era until we’ve grown up and they’ve grown tired.
I loved Ashley Massaro . She was one of my favorite female wrestlers . And she then worked at my favorite radio station in Long Island New York . Then one day she didn’t show up then her passing was revealed . It was so tragic and heartbreaking
We have to say "grape"? Man we are all just sliding down the slope
Was going to say the same thing so ridiculous

Vince was a big influence in my life as a wrestling fan and that I actually looked up to him as business influence. I never knew he was really like that behind closed doors
Yeah me too. I used to look up to Vince but now its so hard to knowing what he's done. But a wise man taught me once upon a time, that you can learn good things from bad people. One thing about Vince that you can learn from is his insane work ethic and passion.

rest in peace to Ashley. she deserve so much more and i hope justice is heavily served for her.
I hate to say it but I think its only a matter of time before dirt begins to come out on some of the other wwe stars like Cena, Orton, Shawn Michaels, and others who have worked with him for many years.
Looking back at a lot of the most extreme things Vince did in storyline reminds me too much Jimmy Savile joking about being a creep. They were basically telling the world who they really were and must have gotten off on it
The Ashley Massaro situation is BEYOND disturbing and sickening. There NEEDS to be justice for her, Janel Grant, Owen Hart, and EVERYBODY else, living or dead, thats been screwed by Vince McMahon!
I think it’s easy to believe Vince has def gkilled someone before ..
i always watch these in their entirety, please never stop making these iceberg videos lmaao
Vince really the definition of "you either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain"
That is so true.
When was he ever a hero
Not really. Vince was always the villian. When you come from wealth, then take over your fathers business, then run all the other territories out of business so you can have a monopoly over an entire industry, you were never the hero lol
No it isn't. This isn't surprising to most people vince showed he was a pos as early as when he was raiding the other territories for talent and destroying relationships that took his father years to build. His started his career being a pos
@DevareayWilliams you beat me to it😂
I wonder how Trish Stratus felt after that.
People seriously need to get over that angle because it was just that... An angle.... Plus Trish became one of the greatest women's wrestlers of all time after
Trish isn’t innocent.. I’d love for her *tell all* though. I doubt that would ever happen because she’s loyal.

This is an amazingly well put together video. Nice work. As a (WWF/WWE) wrestling fan from the 80s, I knew the "Mr. McMahon character" was, in Vince's mind, a license to do whatever he wanted. He's the stereotypical rich man who blatantly & flagrantly abuses his power.

You hit some subtle things Vince Mcmahon is so over the top it has to be trickster god voodoo figure
I need to vent about this because I feel I see every wrestling content creator misinterpret the commentary surrounding Owen Hart's death. The outrage of them continuing the show, while justified, is only a sexy red herring for the real crime and outrage that the incident deserves.
The WWF refused to pay extra money for an actual professional and safety measures to appropriately perform for the stunt in the time where they were making more money than they had in an entire decade. When the the guy who was responsible for Stings stunts saw that they were using his assistant on a lower budget, he specifically asked to be brought in on a smaller budget just so the stunt would be performed safely, a call that was never returned.
Added to that, Vince McMahon lashing out at a reporter for calling out the lack of safety measures in performing the stunt is despicable. He and Bruce Prichard constantly parade this narrative that it was an accident when somebody could reasonably look at this and call it negligence. The WWF then countersued Martha Hart so they would not pay damages by bringing the case to Connecticut.
While continuing the show is a terrible look, it can be explained by the lack of a precedent at the time.
the king of icebergs hits again !
Trish did look incredible. 😊😊
I said that, but I deleted my own comment. I’m older, I remember seeing that live as a teenager.. it was madness 😂

@@Ishbikesnot enough.
Vince McMahon the Roman Polanski and Weinstein of Wrestling.
I sadly have to agree
I'm not defending what Polanski did, however, he was psychologically traumatised after losing his family in the Holocaust, & seeing his pregnant wife & friends brutally slaughtered. The judge on his case wanted to make himself famous by giving him a ridiculously long sentence when he should have given a sentence based on his psychological state (psychiatrists recommended this).
While what he did was terrible, it is in no where near as bad as the Holocaust or the Manson crimes, which people don't seem bothered by when saying he should not have survived either of those events. It is also problematic when the same people that want his head on a stick conveniently have nothing to say about somebody like Charles "Tex" Watson, one of the people that denied Sharon Tate the right to have her child, was in fact allowed to became a father to four children while he was in prison for murder. He has also taken shots at Sharon & never showed remorse. He was actually whining to the parole board one time in front of Doris Tate (Sharon's mother), about how he didn't get to see his children.
Again, I am not defending what Polanski did, but I think there are mitigating factors into his situation. The way it was handled is not so black & white. And being able to admire his films is also not the same thing as praising what he actually did, which is what some people claim.
The "separate the artist from the art" thing may be harder for McMahon because of how vile his on screen character was. Regardless of what people like Polanski or Weinstein did, & I'm not justifying them, but what they did was not on a movie set, or directly affected a film itself (like the Twilight Zone movie).
I can still watch Polanski's best films, & films Weinstein had involvement with (Gangs of New York is one of my favourites), but like I said, McMahon is different because of what his character did on screen is like what he was doing behind the scenes.
And while we are talking about despicable people, frankly, John Landis is even WORSE than Polanski or Weinstein. On the Twilight Zone movie, he hired two young children illegally to avoid child labor laws, & had his lead actor (Vic Morrow) carry them through waist deep water while trying to avoid a helicopter.
He ordered this helicopter to keep going lower while pyrotechnics kept going off. One of the blasts destroyed the tail rotor & it crashed on Morrow & the kids, killing them instantly. He also used Morrow's funeral to promote the movie, & there is footage of him smiling on his way to court. He got off lightly compared to Polanski (who is limited to where he can travel & is unable to pay respects to Sharon & their unborn child at their grave), or Weinstein (who is currently in prison).

This was hard to get through. I guess Vince’s antics have always been an open secret… unfortunately. That being said, it’s time for him to go. He’s done too much harm to others and needs to be held accountable at least to some regard. I hope they strip him of his Billions, give them to all the victims of his, and they all find peace. Unfortunately, we know that won’t happen. With the Ashley Massaro case being especially sad… Vince is a bad man that used to run a bad company. Hope WWE stirs up less controversy in the future.

That wasn't Owen Hart's blood on the mat. It came from the blood bath segment on Sunday night heat when the Hardy boys got drenched.
8:45 it's not a coicnidence, but parts of a ritual
It's weird how I went from watching Wrestling Bios' Raw Is Owen review.... to this.
The part with Owen’s blood on the mat could have actually been from a brood blood bath which took place on Heat before the PPV. The same stain is there on the mat during the first match of Over the Edge 99.
Well blood is often used in certain rituals. Blood from the hart family though? Even better *in terms* of rituals..not trying to sound like a madman. I know a few things about the occult..

3:09 That is not Owen's blood, it is fake blood that was used in a fight where The Hardy Boyz participated in the Sunday Night Heat show which took place before Over The Edge started, more specifically that "blood" was marked after that Matt Hardy rested his arm in the ring so no, that is not Owen Hart's blood.
