I really like that it shows that some people can be REALLY bad at counting and estimating (I think there is another scene in the movie where Dylan "shows off" his anti-skill) , and still if they have talents and skills in other fields, they can manage to be successful. Yes, unfortunately, not all of us are counting geniuses, though it is a rather necessary skill in real life.
