The El DiabLOWE - The devil's in the details.
In this video I will walk you through and give you a full tour of another #brigadeboats built boat. This one is a Lowe 170 aluminum bass boat I dubbed El DiabLOWE. It got a complete overhaul! The trailer was restored, exterior of the boat was painted, and the complete interior was rebuilt in custom fashion.
This boat was built specifically for electric only tournament fishing. Everything was custom. More labor hours and money in this project than I can count. Full build parts list up above, thanks for watching!

Unbelievable build!! What gauge aluminum sheet do you recommend for the flooring a boat? And what aluminum shearing tool do you recommend?
I use .090. I use cheap Buaer Shears from harbor freight or a circular saw. I have a video showing how i did the decking on that specific boat build

A flush decked Jon Boat? Nice looking! But is it practical? Function has always ruled over aesthetics in my boats.
Deck height and length is same in back as factory. Deck height is same as factory in front, only difference is we removed the steering consol and extended the deck to maximize storage. Cockpit is same size as factory. So, from a practical standpoint, it is, because it's designed for bass fishing. Bass fishing boats have a lot of deck. The deck is not "flush" to the gunnel, its actually 1/2 a ft stepped down to help keep rods and fish in the boat. It works great and looks great too. Oh, and while it may be considered a jon boat, remember this boat started life as an aluminum bass boat equipped with a steering consol and a large outboard just like a fiberglass bass boat.

Probably missing some stuff but he's roughly at 20K and we haven't added my labor yet or the original cost of the boat...Labor was extensive as you could imagine. Use your imagination on the final cost.
