- Amazon link to these bulbs is below - it helps support the channel. We review Nilight's LED headlight bulbs - 2 of the most common sizes. Clearly, there have been some significant improvements to LED headlight technology since the last LED headlight bulb review about a year ago.

Those look great. I feel like aftermarket led bulbs seem to work better in a halogen housing (assuming they're made for that). I've tried led replacements for a stock hid projector, haven't had any luck yet. And tbh, I think you're better off with the halogen high beams anyway, the warmer temp seems to help more in those instances you need high beams.
Get the dust cap...
I wonder if theres any converter or adapter to use this bulbs as a garage light?
Nice.
Honestly very surprised they ran this well. I was expecting them to have some type if funny pattern but its good to see that the leds have seam to dial that out i may have tonstart looking at LEDs now but the cherry on top is that color chart. Now idk if i missed it but you may wanna also invest in foglights . There are so many patterns out there but i personally like a wide and low flat for fogslights doesnt blind people and generally have a good throw.
They did work well in the low beam housings. In the high beam housings, they were at a weird angle. Thanks for all your support, Joe!
Dreat Job, very comprehensive‼
Im sold on the white gloves....
lol
Did you catch the polarity on that drive by tail? 🤣🤣🤣
I don’t have a FERD but I’ve been running Auxito LEDs with great success.
Very surprised you did not check them at max voltage. Would like to see the difference in brightness at different voltages.
They're brighter at higher voltage, they also produce more heat and have a shorter lifespan with more voltage....
Wrong it only needs 9V at the very least to work. After it hits that it stabilizes the voltage and keeps it so you can dump 14V and it would run the same as 10V. Have 24V still run the same as 10V
Joe is correct in his reply. I've tested other LED bulbs at different voltages, and there's usually no difference.
@@jadz684z only if it has a voltage regulating circuit, some do some don't...
@@dylandesmond it has to have it reason being is 12v is car off but running it can be as high as 14.7v. Leds can only have a slight over voltage by design nature. Its why leds have a very precise voltage rate like 3.7v to run safely.
I accidentally bought a set of LED bulbs in 9005. Not returning them. I'll ship them to ya. P.O.Box?
I really sincerely appreciate the offer. But I'm in the process of moving 1,600 miles away - the last thing I need is more stuff - but maybe once I get moved (should be done this summer). I really should also set up a PO box while I'm at it. That's a great idea. Thanks for the offer, watching and commenting!
skip the dust cap, put some real projectors in there and upgrade your life.
