Congrats bro very happy for you!! APR has cracked the ecu and there is a tune for removing start/stop. Also the exhaust has a valve that is opened when in dynamic.

We just did an AWE exhaust one one of these with a downpipe, it sounds beautiful. I think your gonna really love this car once you get some more mods on it. Excited to see your build buddy, congratulations!
Fastt C I love the RS3 but that would have been my 3rd MQB car. The interior of the S4 and having a real Quattro system is leagues above the RS3. Although it’s hard to beat the sound the RS3 makes I was also able to get a very generous deal on a brand new S4 that was hard to pass up. Almost 15k off list and 0% financing through Audi. Seemed like a no brainer to me 🙌
EPL tuning on hybrid running like low 11 and 120+ trap 1/4. Check audizine. People seem happy with EPL and APR so far. EPL will have TCU tune out pretty soon too. EPL you can flash @ home with their cable. APR you can dealer flash or mail ECU. JB4 is still a good option too even with a tune.

Remember all this is new too especially the hybrid stuff (tuning beta). Even the stage 1 tunes from APR and EPL are pretty impressive. On E85 they really get up. The torque and mid-range improvements are very good. Need to get an intercooler first. I would even recommend a cooler on a stock S4. The stock one is a joke and IAT will be sky high even after few pulls.

Congrats again on the new .:Ride. That's why Audi gets Quattro and VW only gets 4motion but that GolfR with the Haldex tune made a huge difference. UnitedMotorsport can also tune this S4 their tune results are stock hardware to the wheels #'s 👊🏻😎 keep in mind advertised Alabama numbers are estimated crank figures based on wheel figures.
Awesome!! I’m heavily considering this for my next vehicle, Unitronic is just finishing up their stage 1 I believe, you should see if you can get a collab/review video going with them to wake the S4 up! Will definitely follow along, I’ll want to keep it a great daily but add 100/150 Hp/tq reliably

My only disappointment is that Audi says they don't have heated flat bottom steering wheels. Which is weird since the 2020 Tiguan SEL Premium R Line has one, though it isn't as flat I would like, but then it is a SUV.
I agree, I wish the flat bottom steering wheels were heated. Although I plan on upgrading the steering wheel to a carbon fiber wheel, but enjoy the heated wheel in cold mornings

raph0412 feel like I pushed the platform to its limits. Didn’t want to build the engine. Had a golf for a long time and wanted to jump into something new. Loved the S4 since my high school days when my buddy had a stage 2 B5 S4. Also the Real Quattro compared to VW haldex makes for way better driving experience even stock compared to stage 3 R 💯

Nicholos summers yes absolutely, the RS3 was actually my first choice but it would have been my 3rd MQB car and has the same chassis as my golf R. The S4 with the RWD bias Quattro and better chassis and interior just felt like a better value to me. The RS3 is a great car I wanted a new platform to explore 👍
Nicholos summers APR just released their stage 1 tune at 480hp and 546ft-lbs. I’m excited for the stage 2 and beyond. It’s going to be a very fun platform that’s for sure 🙏
