Super Easy Midnight Pasta Snack - or for Anytime!

- If you're ever hungry and tired, this easy midnight pasta snack is a great dish to prepare. It takes about 7 minutes to make which is why it's perfect for those midnight cravings!
We've been making it for years and I can totally see why it's called Midnight pasta. It's one of the easiest pasta recipes with the most basic ingredients. It's a very flexible recipe as I show you in the video. Who cares what the most "original" way is, let's just make it quick and fast and so it tastes good and satisfies! Right?!!
Ingredients:
Quick cooking type of pasta - ie angel hair
Olive oil
Garlic - optional
Cheese - optional but recommended
Red pepper flakes - optional - but be careful of the heat like you'll see in the video - wowser!

Love this pasta, one of my favorite restaurants in town, serves it as a side dish instead of potatoes, but they put parsley in it as well as Parmesan. Yum! Thank you!

Argh - scraping that fork on the pan! Use a wooden or plastic spatula...... 😳 If I wasn't adding any other flavours I would have added butter to the oil.
LOL, that's one of the reasons why I love stainless pans! Actually, I don't scrape the pans, but I should get a wooden spatula for the videos though. Don't want anyone cringing!! I was similarly stating a fact. There are many hundreds of food and cooking choices on CZcams. If you are new or just starting out. Then say so! But don’t lure me in with a false promise. My time is as valuable as yours.
It takes us hours to film a 5 min recipe so we have to edit and when you are new as I am the edit doesn’t match up🤣
