‘If there’s a call he must accept’ - Mandla Ndlovu insists on Ramaphosa's second term

Newly elected Mpumalanga chairperson Mandla Ndlovu strongly insists that the party's president Cyril Ramaphosa must return to the helm should the call arise. Eyewitness News sat with Ndlovu after his election where he explained that leadership positions in the party are placed on individuals by delegates and not themselves.
