    I did this for my daughter with warm milk at nigh from age of 6 to 18. She still does this at age 22 (Nutmeg) to help relax. Note: Thanks to this and a mutivitamine combo in the morning, she was diagnost with lack of concentration at school recommended we put her on Ritaline, but... She Never took Ritaline😀 The Nutmeg and multivitamine combo was a miracle❤❤❤❤❤ that helped even others I told them about the combo.

    It WORKS!! I'm on day 3 of this bed time drink now and my stomach is completely flat.. I have IBS and everything bloats my stomach it doesn't matter what I do or don't eat the bloating is just something I have accepted. I'm quite surprised by this nutmeg remedy from the first night my sleep has been amazing, I slept deeply had a vivid dream about stuff I had thought about during the day and woke up refreshed with no pain or stiffness. I measured my stomach/waist this morning 90cm, I'm going to keep this up until my little 30g bottle of nutmeg is used and do another update here. In few weeks

      chronic insomniac on Ambien trying to go natural. Looking at all angles for help. Nothing helps. Not valerian, st johns worth, hops, passion flower, magnesium, no herbal remedies or folk remedies. nothing works but pharmaceutical drugs. I am really scared and desperate. I am lactaid intolerant so can't drink milk but will try other milks. If I try to not take sleeping pills, my body refuses to shut down I have gone 5 days without sleeping.@@fofusko

    This recipe has been known to people of India for centuries. I am 82 & my mother used to give this to us, all four brothers , at least twice a week before going to bed.Its very beneficial and one is refreshed the next morning .

    I believe 1/2 tsp. might be too much for smaller built people. I also read it can be a hallocinagen. Stick with the dose, play it safe.😊

      @@chroniik4557 Hundreds of thousands of people are now reporting Tinnitus. Mine came with deep vein thrombosis a few months after my dog died when my immune system was low but I think it was caused by being with vaccinated people who were shedding as it is impossible to ask everybody if they’ve just been boosted! I know from my cats that when I brought a vaccinated cat into the house the other cats started coughing and sneezing. I think some people had Tinnitus after Covid but I don’t think I had Covid because I have plenty of vitamin D3 and other supplements and a good diet and no comorbidities and don’t take any drugs so there was no reason for me to get it. I know it is not pathological because it comes and goes.
      I wonder if it could be caused by chemtrails which are constant in central London. Or maybe it could be caused by GGGGG which has been rolled out in the UK but interestingly it was rolled out in Wuhan on the 31st of October 2019 and on the cruise liners and northern Italy and New York at the time they reported Covid. So was it a virus at all as WiFi detox causes flu symptoms? I used homeopathy to cure the DVT, but I need to put more effort into studying the tinnitus ? Namaste 🙏💜🙏

    I followed this recipe and had an upset stomach for almost 48 hours. When I spoke with a local
    herbologist she informed me 1/2 teaspoon is a megadose of nutmeg which can be super toxic in
    high dosages. Although I slept, it was not worth the upset to my digestive tract. Thank you.

    I was drinking a lot of nutmeg w/stevia just because I liked the flavor, but then someone told me too much niacin was dangerous, so I stopped. Maybe I'll start back up again. that milk recipe sounds delicious! Dr Mandel says it helps us sleep because it has in it tryptophan, which converts into niacin - converts to seratonin - which converts to melatonin which helps us sleep

      Melatonin leaves you very groggy the next day. Also, your body makes it from vitamin D. If you supplement you disrupt your body's functioning. Also it's very hard to get the correct dosage. Chamomile tea, magnesium, GABA all work great and don't leave you groggy the next day, just well-rested. @@Indydi

Nutmeg is no more as poisonous to the body as alchohol, caffeine, sugar prescription medication etc. Too much of anything we can put into our bodies is poisonous, even water aka H2O toxicity. The concoction spoken of here using Nutmeg in the prescribed quantities is very beneficial and really works well...try it, you'll like it!

    Dr. Mandel thanks do much for this informative to the point video. It's not expensive ingredients, its at hand in the kitchen and it not time consuming. I will definitely try it becsuse lately i discovered i have middle insomnia. I will fall asleep but wakes up v early then struggle to fall asleep.
    Im a retired nurse, 65yrs old, used to work in a very busy city hospital. Now i want to rest and sleep decent.

    Yes, it's the warm milk that lets you sleep better at night..that is what I always learned. I also think half a teaspoon of cinnamon is actually too much because it can be dangerous .I read two teaspoons is already far too much and I guess every day half a teaspoon does add up a bit as well, so I will just put a sprinkle...

    The number one for me is the banana with Thyme to eat before i sleep (excellent advice).

    Thanks, but I would be careful though, as 1 teaspoon of nutmeg can be quite toxic. I might be too cautious but I would not dare consuming one half tsp every day.
    I don't know if ChatGPT is right but it agrees :

    Great friends with a vietnam combat doc. 101st airborne. Years he told me stories. Then the first time I heard this song it made me cry. He is truly an American hero.     Make sure to keep the Nutmeg dose minimal. I've read Nutmeg in high concentrations is poisenous, I cannot recall specifically how much is too much though.
