So true. The amount of maintenance and repairs are serious. Having plenty of extra parts makes life much easier. When ordering things always get extras. 🤘
Hey Mike, about the 10gpm machine… please have the guy explain how to check the “stator” also (with voltage meter) while you’re checking the regulator/recifier. It’s possibly the stator may have shorted out as well… which could possibly fry a brand new $180 regulator, that wouldn’t be good. 😳 Fwiw, I literally had one of my motorcycles catch fire🔥 from a stator and regulator/ rectifier issue 😖 and yes, while I was riding it… thought I could get it home to find/fix the issue… nope; wires overheated and 😱🔥🔥🔥🫨🧯🧯😔 Luckily, the gas tank or fuel line didn’t catch or 💥💥💥 Btw: sorry, didn’t mean to sound rude last time… just a bit worried for ya. Good luck getting it fixed!
I spent my morning cursing myself for over torquing the outlet side of my everflo and cracking the sonic weld on a brand new pump! $65 amazon had just the pump head available for purchase. Waiting for it come tomorrow. Stupid on my part for not being careful.
Good topic to share Mike, us veterans know that broken, leaking, etc things don’t bother you so much and ruin your day when you can just go to a bin of parts and pieces to fix or replace that item and get back at it. Unfortunately for us, we had a pressure washer pump start to chatter yesterday, did all of the normal diagnostics and still chatters, glad we have a complete backup machine to use until I order a replacement pump on Monday. Our Gas powered Soft Wash Piston Pump needed some routine maintenance before a big commercial job on Monday, and now it only has suction, no pressure 🤦🏻♂️Probably ordering a new pump for that on Monday too. 12V Remco 7 gpm is leaking at the pressure switch, swapped out a backup Northern Tool 5 gpm until we get a replacement switch in. When it rains, it pours!
A lot of maintenance and accounting, and equipment failures you have to spend money and time on to keep the business going. Oh and marketing also be selling!
I'm glad it got you going, brother! It's a multi-purpose block, and I'm proud it served your purpose. You are very welcome, my brother! P.S. It's "Cansler" ........😅
I’m glad you made this video as a reminder. Some guys, especially new guys, don’t do regular maintenance, or see the need to do maintenance, and they don’t think ahead to have back up items that do and will go out. It’s all fun and games until you break down in the field.
@@TheFreshRinse Do you think its worth it? Id like something that can shoot far and put down some volume but kind of scard of the money behind something like it. I know Joe is tapping into the 24v systems but cant what is best
the maintenance never ever ends
It’s true. You are 100% correct

He mentioned the stator as well. Thank you my friend. Happy Father’s Day!
Careful with the acrylic block. Mine cracked really bad last week. It only lasted me a couple of months. 😞
Thank you for the headsup!
Great job and video

Ar45?
Mike, just wondering, do you still have the AR-45 and if so have you just not felt the need to put it on your rig!?
It needs a little repair work. Some day when I get a break.

She got a better job for her. Thank you for asking
Still planning to build out your pickup pickup?? (Did you see what I did there? Redundancy)
