In terms of raw power and height Connor kills him but in an actual contest between the two Jordan wins as of now because he has more creative dunks and is safer with them/more experience. Connor literally tries to drop the ball in from above or throws the ball in but the chance of it missing is way higher.

Calf raises whenever you're just standing around squats and lunges help cardio workouts will help more than you'd expect, and the more you try the more comfortable you'll become jumping
