Love your 55. you did an awesome job. It took my wife and I 5 years to build our 56. The only thing we did not do was interior. Our 56 was a hull when we started.
I’m there with ya on talking crap on someone else’s car! Yours is very nice! I’ve got a ‘77 C10, was my first real project and one I did with my dad. It’s got its blemishes and is FAR from perfect but I’m very proud of it and would be upset if some jack wagon talked crap on it, too. Like you, we built it in my two car garage and did everything on our own other than spray the paint. Took us 10 years to do. We did the best we could with what we had and the skills we possessed at the time. I could certainly redo it today better but then it would be the truck that my dad and I built.
Buddy you’ve been building longer then I’ve known ya. Always badass stuff. Your attention to detail is practically unheard of. Keep on keepin on. Don’t let the wanna b’s get to ya.
A pvc set up would be much better for any engine, but if you want the old ventilation parts- I’ll send you those. (If your builder doesn’t have all of them)…

What can of paint do you use for trans bell housing
It's called Platinum Pearl. It's base/clear urethane shot out of paint gun.
