Thanks for everything you do Ron. You have given me confidence and strength to be a more detailed oriented restorer. I think of you often while working on our projects. Cheers! Al
Free parts are always a bonus especially when there’s lots there that you can use, nice work on the rust repair, I learn something every time, thanks for the video Dan!
Rob, Your metal fabrication is on the next level! A lot of people “say” they are going to fab metal but, can’t back up the talk. You back up and exceed expectations! I have been having the same problem with the 3M primer. Thanks for showing what you’re using now. That 55 is going to be on point.
I’ve never seen those filler/gravel shields on a 55-56, but I have them on my 57 SC. They do fit up to the crossmember from the core support and baffles. Not saying they’re not proper for the 55-56, just that I’ve never seen them. Keep up the good work!
No way I'd run these rally wheels. I have brand new 5 slot wheels here. I'm building an exterior only replica of my brothers high school 55. His had 5 slots. Muscle car wheels don't fit the build I'm doing.

Uncle Terry is the Man!
It’s good to have friends! Great video! Looking forward to the next one!
They are a lot of work! We just got to love the work! I’m with you every step of the way! “Getter done “
Nice work duplicating that reinforcement panel. This is going to be an amazing transformation to watch. Thanks for the update Rob!
WOW! Lots of repairs coming up. I like that you're repurposing and salvaging metal to get this done. Really looking forward to the next video.
Another great episode with amazing metal work.
You did a really nice job on that intricate window piece. You are definitely doing it right and will last a long time.
Nice score from Terry and Nice bracket you made and you are Doing it the right way

That was some pretty awesome metal fabrication. And thanks uncle terry. It’s nice to have some good wheels on the car as well.

Rock on Rob! ❤
If you made that piece in 2 hours from scratch you are a BAD MAN THE SHIT SHOW BODY SHOPS AS WE KNOW WOULD TAKE 9 DAYS AMD CHARGE FOR 11 DAYS
Yes at peace you're talking about of the core support is supposed to keep the air going through the radiator not sucking up underneath the car
It looks like the same panels I have under my 57 core support
It's like Christmas in August 😅hahahahaha 😅
Those are some usefulgifts. Very generious hand off. Those old beaters are well woth saving, not much of the new stuff is. Be well.
Looking gd as always. Great metal fab. What’s going on with the wife’s car?
Those pieces on the filler panel are on the 57's, not sure if they were on the 55 or 56- so maybe that came from a 57
Both my 56's have the pieces on each side of the core support like you show @1: 45. Maybe 55's didn't have them.
Hope your wife knows what she's got!
You gotta make deal with Steve and keep those tires and wheels , I know there not yer bag, but they are mine and look great on that car

Rob - what size MIG wire are you using for sheet metal? Thanks.
